Ordered two bubble teas with no one else in line. After waiting 20 minutes hear them tell a customer after me that they ran out of boba and are waiting on more to cook and that it will be another 10 minutes. The people working really didn't tell me my drinks would take over 30 minutes and just left me waiting. Took a refund and left with no bubble tea after spending around 25 minutes in the store. Unacceptable

Usually love Kung Fu and their drinks, especially this specific joint, but this place is not what it used to be. There is nothing wrong with high school students working in these shops. However, no matter the age, untrained and inexperienced people should not serve local customers. Came into town after a long vacation and wanted to try some boba, but the 3 students working there talked more amongst themselves than to their customers trying to order food. We ordered 2 large Pearl Milk Teas and were the only customers at the time. The boba balls were so hard and under made, we could not chew or digest them properly. My drink itself was fine, but the other cup had no sugar or flavor. Please consider the students working on 11/20/23 around 4:45 PM and their preparation of food. Thanks.

My family and I came here to end our week long vacation on a sweet note, but ended up receiving the ABSOLUTE WORST SERVICE I have ever experienced in my entire life.We showed up when there was only ONE person in the shop, and they were on their laptop. The guy at the register was sitting and messing with his phone when we walked in. There was one other young lady working as well, but we were quickly very uncomfortable as they proceeded to snicker and giggle while right in front of us. I wanted to give them the benefit of the doubt, and I thought perhaps it was innocent laughter. I continued to ask my family what they would like, and my eight year old son looked at the advertised slush on the front window to the establishment. As we asked questions about the drinks, the guy seemed so annoyed and as if he didn't even want to be there. When my son asked him for his choice, the guy said, "..we don't have the stuff for that". No apology, not even a sincere response. We struggled to find anything available, and when I directed questions to the guy behind the register, he would respond sarcastically and in a form of making us feel "dumb". My patience continued to thin, and I was making every effort to resolve the tension and bad service by being friendly, but he would not let up. The girl behind the counter then seemed to notice I was getting upset and would try to intervene by actually giving us answers to our questions, but it was not enough.This guy made faces, stared at us annoyed, and kept making the RUDEST responses, even though several miscommunication issues were due to him being indifferent and acting as though we were a nuisance.Finally, I abruptly told my family we needed to leave, and we walked out of the establishment with nothing. I was so upset at the fact the guy behind the counter could be so rude and inconsiderate, even with a child present. How this location is even open at this point is beyond me, as I've read many reviews talking similarly about the terrible service. Maybe they just don't care and will be closing soon. Insane.I did walk back and confront the guy at the register, and I told him, "I was just trying to enjoy some beverages with my family, you had no reason to be so rude!". He looked up and quickly looked back down at the register screen, avoiding eye contact, and the girl seemed to be telling him something in a worried manner.I have NEVER been treated this badly at any restaurant, or other business, for that matter. Please, take my advice.. DO NOT GO HERE.
The store was very busy today and there was a young, tall man working alone doing his best by himself. While I’m waiting for my order an a co worker came in (young Asian man) and was completely horrible towards this young man that was working alone. He was barking orders at him like the guy hadn’t been holding down the place on his own before he got there. It was very unpleasant. I appreciate the tall, young man for his patience and kindness. The other dude needs to take a chill pill.Drinks were good.
