La Familia Mexican Restaurant

I really loved this place when it was located next to Hollywood Video, back in the day, but it sadly seems to have fallen on hard times. The handful of times I've been there it's fairly empty and the food quality isn't what it uses to be. Sour cream enchiladas was my go to but it's just had dry chicken each time. Last time chips were fried with what I can only assume was burnt or old oil.Drinks are pretty good. I hope they bounce back.

Large portions of great food. Have a frosty adult beverage and enjoy a basket of chips. Nothing fancy but a relaxed atmosphere and good eats.

We came on a Friday night at 8pm and receivedexceptionalservice. Our waitress was super attentive and kept checking to see if we needed anything.This little hole in the wall definitely exceeded our expectations! The carne guisada was DELICIOUS and the chimichanga was yummy.The sala and good flavor amd chips had good crunch. The jumbo jose cuervo margarita had good balance/flavor (wasn't watered-down like most restaurants do it). The price point to this restaurant were very fair. I'm a picky person, and I was very impressed. I will definitely be back.

We visited La Familia Mexican restaurant on 6/30 in Webster, TX. We were looking for a great place for our family members to try tamales, and we found it in this little restaurant in a shopping center. They were able to accommodate our family group of 9 easily. The food and the service were awesome. I would highly recommend this restaurant to everyone that visits the Houston (Webster) area!

We visited La Familia Mexican restaurant on 6/30 in Webster, TX. We were looking for a great place for our family members to try tamales, and we found it in this little restaurant in a shopping center. They were able to accommodate our family group of 9 easily. The food and the service were awesome. I would highly recommend this restaurant to everyone that visits the Houston (Webster) area!

Came in by chance for the first time and loved it. The service was great. The food was flavorful and fresh. We shared the parillada (Saturday Daily Special) and the shrimp was sooo good. Definitely coming back.

Good pricing for some solid Tex Mex.

We have passed by this place many times while in Clear Lake but this was the first time we ever stopped in. Today we were looking for an early dinner and a quiet place. Not the fanciest place but not unpleasant. We were impressed by how good the food was and the quality of service. We will definitely be stopping in again when we are in the area.
