Two employees refuse to answer the door. We were locked out, knocking on it for 20 minutes. They would not answer the phone. Pizza was not even warm when we got it (finally). Absolutely do not go to this location!

The review has nothing to do with the staff but lack there of, why every time I come here it's always one maybe 2 employees struggling to keep up with orders because they're severely understaffed. They do a good job but I can guarantee half the issues and other poor reviews are a result of the fact that they're damn near alone at peak rush hours. Do more for your people man.

Second time I've use this location just because it's convenient when picking up my wife from work, lobby is full and no one at the register till they just decide to go to the front. The lady was nice but I waited about 10 minutes for my order to be place then an additional 25 mins for it to be ready, today I placed a order through the app and to be ready for pick up at 7:45-7:50.... 7:46 it's in the oven... I mean the owner at some point needs to see the reviews and take action .
12/27/25 dude this is the 3rd online ordered I’ve had to just not get because of the long wait time! Today was the last time I’ve place the order and when I placed the order at 7:30 and it was supposed to be ready at 8:04-8:09 went there and 10 ppl waiting in the small lobby, and then she says that the top oven is broken which is why they are behind. They are behind every freaking weekend. Do not go to this place i end up going to the kemah location. Avoid this place at all cost

Unfortunately there is nothing good about this place. Severely understaffed, long wait times, dirty, and food quality is at a lowest minimum at best!! I know its cheap, but its not worth the headache or the stomach ache.

Placed a pickup order and still ended up waiting an absurd amount of time. The store was clearly understaffed—no one at the counter, no communication, just customers standing around wondering if anyone even worked there. What’s the point of ordering ahead if you’re going to be ignored when you arrive? Completely disorganized and a huge waste of time. Won’t be back.

Really disappointed this time. Didn’t have my soda I ordered with my food. Then when I got home it someone else’s order. Yes so upsetting! Then NO ONE answers your call to tell them. Waited 20 minutes to talk no one ever answered. Bummed! Besides having a person walking around harassing people in front of the store.
The absolute slowest little caesars in the world. Forget about got and ready. I've been here when it's packed, and when I'm the only person. Either way, the pizza is taking 30 minutes at least. One time I came in here and it was so packed, everyone had been waiting well over 30 minutes, and things were escalating terribly. Customers were so mad. Everyone who ordered ahead was told their food would be ready at a certain time, but it wasn't. That's far from the only time they've been backed up. That was just the most chaotic

Ordered a single pepperoni pizza online and it was ready 45 minutes after the pickup time. Idk if they're short staffed or what, but long wait times always happen when you order from this little caesars. Pizza is good when you finally get it though.

Ordered pizza and a couple other items.they said the wait was 45 mins.ok no problem but the manager wants to give attitude when asked a question.we dealt with it figuring they had a rough day.we get home the specialty pizza we ordered was NOT what we received.my husband is currently on the phone waiting for them to answer.they need a new manager and maybe some new employees who pay attention.will never return.
