I have had some seriously troubled times here. I came back and there was a different crew. Nick. Eric. Daniel. These dudes are SERIOUSLY on top of their service game. I am a server myself and understand to the fullest what people in the service industry go through. These guys are true gentleman. From the moment I walked in, to taking my order, and in my picking up my order, I was treated with so much care and respect. They made absolutely sure that my order and experience there at their establishment was completely perfect. And Gentleman I'm telling you now that it was. Thank you Nick, Eric, and Daniel. Not only was my pizza the best I've ever had from any location, but this was and will probably be the best service I've ever had from any restaurant I've ever been to. Much appreciated my friends. Sincerely. To whom it may concern, these guys DESERVE a raise. They are making sure people like me keep coming back to your restaurant and giving you future business. I go here often and have realized that ordering online will get your food faster at this location. Hot and readys are never ready. Customer service is meh the people there seem burnt out, speaking of burnt, ordered my pizza online (as stated above) and i didn’t ask for well done but that’s hops they made it. Didnt want to wait another 35 minutes for a pizza. Do with all that info as you will… figuring out how to post pictures here. I want tall to see this burntness

Went last night to get my kids some pizza just to find out there was a dirty finger nail cooked into the pizza. That's so disgusting and I keep calling and no answer. Never going there again.

Just went to this Little Caesars for lunch and ordered a simple cheese pizza. Nothing was hot and ready, which is fine and I understand that sometimes happens, but there were only two other customers in the store and I still ended up waiting over 30 minutes for my SINGLE pizza. I want to be clear that this was not the fault of the employees working that shift. There were only 2 workers in the entire store, one running the register and bringing out food and the other making pizzas, and they were clearly doing their best under stressful conditions. The real problem is with higher management. You need to hire more staff and schedule more workers for the midday shift. Expecting 2 people to handle everything in the store for who knows how long is not only inefficient but incredibly cruel to your staff. Do better Little Caesars, I will not be returning!!

The pizza was cold because my son stood in the lobby waiting for about 20 minutes because nobody was even behind the counter so he could pick up our order. When I tried to call them I was left waiting on hold for over 45 minutes!! Nobody ever answered the phone. I called corporate and complained and still nobody bothered to call me back! Will not do business here again!!

I only order online so I cannot say how service is in person but my orders are always ready with 15-20 minutes and everything is always hot and bread when I order is always nice and soft. Overall I will be a repeat customer unless a location opens closer to where I live.

I had a positive experience at this Little Caesers!!
The person working the register and taking orders was very nice. There was minimal wait time. And the pizzas were hot and fresh, especially the supreme, delicious.

ABSOLUTE WORST!!!!! Not only is the staff horrible but the management has a take it or leave it attitude. Ordered at 11:45am. Email said pick up would be ready between 12-12:10, showed at 12:15 not ready. At 12:49 the manager said it will be ready when it is ready! I left and went through McDonald's drive through, ordered, got my food, and was half way back to work when I go the email at 1:05 that my order was ready for pick up. Corp will not answer the phone or call back. Can't get a refund so I marked it up as a paid lesson learned.

This location has many problems going on, and it seems to just get worse and worse. Maybe it's the lack of workers in the front, lack of customer service, or just the lack of accountability. The cashier walks out mid transaction and doesn't come back until the lobby is full. Orders were behind, and nobody was there to at least let the customers know it's going to be a wait. Pizza was barely cut, if that, but as the saying goes, YOU GET WHAT YOU PAID FOR. Would not recommend, just save a few more dollars and get another pizza, unless changes are made.
