Little Woodrow's Webster

I took my mother here a few weeks ago. Two male employees were physically & verbally aggressive towards her. We have it on video and it was submitted to the police, and a local news station that says they are working on publishing the videos. Horrible.

James is the best manager always making us feel safe when we are there and we never have trouble! Definitely will be returning and referring people to little Woodrow’s!!!

Went here for my birthday to watch the A&M and Arkansas game as this place was recommended to me by all of my coworkers. Me, my fiancé, and a few friends arrived and were ignored our ENTIRE time there. We sat outdoors near the bar pretty close to one of the waitress stations. We had to wait 15 minutes for a waitress to take our order, and by then we had already ordered drinks at the bar. We got our food and asked for ranch but we never received our ranch. Our waitress passed us MULTIPLE times and ignored us and avoided us the rest of the night. The only good waitresses were the ladies working the bar. I do not recommend this place at all horrible service horrible experience

A huge shout out to Little Woodrow's- Webster, their Managers & Staff are outstanding. We recently held our 30 Year Class reunion here! They were Amazing! They made us feel so welcome and helped with everything we needed. They not only serve up great food, drinks and atmosphere, but above all the best customer service I've seen in years. Took a while to be greeted. We came in for happy hour to which we were told it was only the 22oz beer on Tuesdays. Very limited food options due to the time of day( I'm assuming). Ordered an overpriced drink and left to go to Saltgrass next door. The server ( a young lady with blond hair) should really work on her customer service once we asked for the tab because we decided to leave. Someone else may have a great experience, it just wasn't for us.

The place is always packed so they are doing something right. It takes a long time to get a drink at the bar, one of the bartenders was clearly high and took forever to get put drinks. She could barely keep her eyes open and was leaning on things to keep her balance. She made crazy strong drinks though so I guess there is an upside for yhe consumer.......

This place looks like it welcomes families but it really doesn’t. It was our first time here and we were pretty disappointed overall. It wasn’t busy at all when we got there and it took forever to get drinks and place orders for food. They have a fun slide but apparently it’s not for the kids! It was 10 minutes til 7 pm and our waitress took our order for 2 more drinks and shortly after we were told we had to leave. There were no signs that tell you this but “no children” are allowed after 7 pm. And guess what, that’s when they open the fun slide! I did tell them we would leave once we finished the drinks we paid for. Definitely not coming back here!

It is exactly what they intended. If you are looking for a place like this, they do it very well. Expect it to be pact as a result.

Terrible management! Even wrote to the HQ and never got back to me about the racist situation they have going on over there. Let management make up own rules that aren’t even listed for dress code.

James Williams made my best friends retirement a complete success he made family and friends feel very welcome and let us enjoy a last dance with the guy that taught me everything!!

Oh my god . I love little Woodrow's all around town. But this locations is the worst operated. For example group of 9 people. Came up to me and harassed me while I was solo. And the staff ,I guess was uneducated our untrained. Good luck guys haha. Im a regular at the downtown location.

The staff is the main part of our experience that made our time wonderful. They were helpful with my kids and the atmosphere made for a perfect relaxing afternoon out!
