What a hidden gem. They don't do delivery but they do pick up. As for value they are great. As far as steaks go the quality vs price is perfect. Steaks cooked perfect(medium rare), great sides, great apps. Don't even get me started on the burger here

Service could have been better.

Normally love the service here but today was not the day. Our waiter Morgan b had a very lackluster attitude. Barely checked on us but was spending almost 10 minutes at the table next to us talking. I was still eating but because my boyfriends plate was empty she asked if I wanted a box which fine sure I told her he eats fast and I was still eating. She then placed the check on the table when returning with the box without even asking if we wanted desert. I normally take half my food for later and save room for desert but at that point I didn't even want to ask or say anything. If you don't want to work on a holiday that's not my fault, check your attitude.

I ordered a medium well ribeye steak, when it was delivered to our table the steak was dry and well over cooked and tough. Not to mention the wait to receive our food. So I asked for assistance and they were glad to replace our steaks, We lost our appetite since we had to wait another 20 minutes. So I asked the the server to bag our steaks to go. Once we get home I open my box and The steaks they gave us are worse than the steaks we had before, these are cooked to a crisp!!! $80 dollars for this experience. I will never visit Longhorn again it’s not worth our time

So I can not for the life of me figure out why every Longhorn from Georgia to Texas has a very low temperature of delivered to the table steaks. They are cool when they are delivered to the diner. They should be about 130- to 135 degrees no matter how the steak is cooked and I can tell you- my medium rare steak is not that hot. What is the issue? Otherwise the steak is seasoned well and tastes delicious.

Would do 4 stars but we had a celebration of 35 yrs for my hubby and in saying goodbyes we accidentally left his Celebration card from his friends. Came back within 8min n the card was returned to me opened with-out the outer envelope. Where’s the integrity of people. Not to mention our waiter had to be hailed down for anything. Food was good and at 3pm it was super slow. Next time give the customer at least an hour before you start dividing other people’s property.
