Ordered the NY strip, and was by far the worst steak I ever had. It was cooked slightly over(but still ok for me temp wise). The steak was poorly seasoned, grissly and tough to chew and was prepared slightly under medium. Not worth the money.

I visited this location with a friend that was raving about it but unfortunately got less than average service. We arrived around 8:30 and was given about a 30-40 minute window, we were told we'd receive a text when our table was ready. Nearly an hour passed we hadn't received a message. We decided to re-enter the establishment, no hostess was present, we decided to sit down in the waiting area but to no surprise , was ignored by workers passing by, I finally decided to get us up ask since by this time they were closing soon. The worker wasn't really friendly, she looked at the seating chart & asked us if we could just sit at the bar, when we got to the bar we were ignored to, we then just decided to leave because we felt unwelcomed, do better Longhorn Steak house, we will not be returning.

The racism was apparent, no other waitresses wanted to take care of us.. they sent the only black girl to us but the joke was on them.. Layan was terrific and we definitely appreciate her service. It was phenomenal. She smiled she was polite she made sure our food was good she gave us ample time to finish our meal without being over bearing. She really made my daughter’s birthday dinner good.

My waitress was excellent. The food was good but was delayed appt 15min + bc of several Large parties.
The entrance was full of paper n wrappers as you walk in
a garbage container of appx 3' FULL OF Napkins that has been used to clean tables as patrons leave. (NOT SANITARY) I watch the hostess get 1 one napkin n terribly smear the table all over WITH ONE NAPKIN !!! and throw it in the garbage container visible to the public this dirty napkin
HEALTH DEPARTMENT NEED TO SEE THIS. Because if this is the way the front looks I hate to see the kitchen!!.
My food was cold my salad was served in a bowl with huge pieces of lettuce heart....
I've been to several LongHorn such as Katy area I-10 East and now this one. This Pasadena location is the WORSE.
Feel sorry for waiters who huzle !!

We were seated immediately and waited for over 20 minutes and no one served us or came to greet us. We asked the host for our server and waited longer and still they just ignored us. It felt horrible watching waiters walk to other tables and ignoring us the entire time. Finally we decided to just leave and they had the nerve to say thank you for coming. We will not be returning.

Visited this restaurant on 3/2/25. We had a party of 5 and was initially told the wait would be 15-20 minutes. We went to the bathroom as we had several children with us and needed to go. Walking through the restaurant, we noticed many empty tables and booths that were unoccupied and dirty. After the restroom, we waited near the lobby/bar. We did not see the tables being cleaned and the lobby was overcrowded with guests waiting for a table. We walked to our car then waited outside for a bit. We returned to the lobby and waited more. We realized that people who had arrived around the same time we did had waited and had been seated. We asked how much longer (twice) and was continuously being told we were 3rd on the wait list. At one point the hostess referred to us by another guest’s name. After waiting well over 30 minutes we cancelled the table and left.

The bathroom and dining room was dirty and when we informed the hostess she stated the restaurant was short staffed and only had 2 people cleaning. That’s ridiculous for a weekend! I will never return to this place.

I ordered the Outlaw ribeye and I specifically said I wanted it cooked Medium. What do they do, cook it medium rare and it’s bloody as I cut into it. So I send it back, manager sees my steak and get a new order. I took it to go. What happens next? I ordered a fully loaded baked potato and grilled asparagus. I got a plain fk’n potato! But they sure charged me for a fully loaded baked potato. Horrible experience. Clearly, the cook and whom ever prepared my food to go didn’t read correctly. So I paid and even left a tip when I shouldn’t of! Never will I ever go to that Webster location again! I might as well just go back to Saltgrass Steakhouse where you actually get your steak cooked how you want it; and people can follow directions and properly read food orders.
