I’ve eaten at this longhorn location so many times. However, they’ve gotten better with time whereas a lot of places are going downhill. Very impressed tonight with the service and one of the best steaks I’ve had in a long time. Cooked just right, and the manager was checking in with everyone to make sure they were happy with their meal.

Very nice place, the steak was good, but not the best and the kid’s hamburger was so salty we had to send it back. But the sides were great and the cheesecake was wonderful. The manager was nice enough to refund the kids meal and gift us the dessert, but it took the waiter a long time to get to us and he was really confused.Vegetarian options: Hardly any - all salads come with some sort of meat. Not a place for a vegetarian

I absolutely love this little piece of heaven . I look forward to reading my books and enjoying the staff and the food. The staff are all so kind , friendly and sweet , the food is absolutely amazing. And they have no problem accommodating food allergies and special diets. Morgan rocks!! She is beautiful inside and out. And remembers my allergies and makes sure my food comes out perfect . I don’t have to worry about my epi pen ,she has me !! Thank you Morgan for always making my day brighter. Thank you everyone for the smiles and sunshine ? if you haven’t try them …. What are you waiting for they ROCK!!

I brought my parents here to celebrate my father's and godfather's birthdays on the weekend of April 5th.FoodSteaks were made to order. I enjoyed the filet and Brussel sprouts. Family had among to order, ribeye, atlantic salmon and renegade sirloin and various sides. All food was satisfactory. Prices are fair.ServiceWait time was 35 min. For 5 people. I went at 5:30 on Friday. They don't take reservation, and the online waitlist is not real -it had no wait when I checked . And I was waiting with people of various party sizes, 2 ,3 , 4, 5 , 10 etc. The 3 and 2 party sizes will get seated first, respectively. Try and keep your party small. You will be able to track your waitlist with some text they give you and watch in "realtime" as people get seated. I don't know the accuracy of it - just an observation. Waitstaff was friendly and, for the most part, attentive.Service/OtherUsually, I don't have to mention much about cleanliness on restaurant reviews, but this is the first time I've had it happen. The steak knife in the rolled up silverware had a piece of food caked on the blade. This happened to my mother's, so I discreetly folded it over and asked the waitstaff to exchange - no big deal. Well, once he brought out another silverware, my father and godmother opened theirs, and we discovered my dad's had food on his knife, and my godmother had slight oil stains on hers. Now I understand washing in the back may get hectic and people may miss things, given the benefit of the doubt, however whoever folds up the silverware must look so at least 2 people looked at it prior to napkin wrapping. I would suggest adding a quality control step for this procedure as well as extra training. To clarify, another waitstaff did bring out 2 more new clean silverware that were clean as replacement. I did not take pictures, and I don't want this to hurt the restaurant review. I did not want to ruin the birthday celebration or make a big deal over small missteps that can easily be remedied. I just wanted to offer up a suggestion about how to quality control the eating utensils because despite everything else, seeing spent utensils will lead to question cleanliness of the kitchen and the integrity of the sterilization procedures.AtmosphereThe chairs are relatively comfortable, and tables are fairly spaced apart. Try and not get seated by the bathroom if you can, as there's not much space in between the area where the tables begin - really high traffic area as dinner goes on.Overall, this place is a decent place to get dinner. This day we went at night and it's good that we have a restaurant that closes late and that serves delicious food, I can only say that I love it every time I'm there, the food is always delicious, and also our waiter was very professional and we loved that He was always attentive to see what we needed, even though we arrived late, they took great care of us and not only did we arrive late... but we left late too and until the last moment they were taking care of us with great professionalism!!I love it and I will always come back!!! ???

We came to Longhorn expecting much from the name. Our experience began with a reasonable 30 min wait time, considering we didn't call ahead, but the service only went downhill from there. Our food took a VERY long time to arrive, and we felt practically ignored as it took over 15 minutes before we were even served our starter or any bread. Most disappointingly, our steaks were poorly seasoned and chewy, the main point of being in a steakhouse in the first place... And to add insult to injury, we were practically ignored the entire time by our waitress who seemingly treated us like just a couple of high school kids. Specifically, a couple who came after us were given bread earlier than us and they actually forgot one of our sides. Were it up to me, I would've insisted on a much lower tip than the one my partner was honestly more than generous to give. Our first time and certainly our last.

Upon arriving to this location the initial table the manager sat us at had a big roach on the table, the second table he sat us at was covered in ants. We had to be moved to a third table and when i looked around the sugars, and sauces were covered in plastic bags and the waiter said they were getting ready for a big bug night. Once the food came out it was horrible, I ordered the cowboy chops with broccoli and cheese and a loaded baked potato. My broccoli was salty and the melted shredded cheese over the top of it instead of the cheese sauce like all other locations that i’ve been to numerous times. My baked potato was dry no butter in it just the toppings slapped on top. My pork chops were dry and it came with three. I sent back 2 full pork chops untouched, the broccoli and potato. He took the plate and only gave us an appetizer for free. Then asked if we wanted a togo drink. I said a sweet tea is fine he disappeared then came back and said we don’t have tea. Overall i definitely would say if you wanted longhorn to go to a different location because this one was a horrible experience and was not up to par!
