I ordered at 10:50 and my order was completed at 11:52. When I ordered there was 2 people behind me and their order was completed before mine as well along with the 20+ people who ordered after us. A refund would be nice because after waiting my drink wasn't to my liking.

I have been at this location, quite a few times in the last two weeks. I get the same thing every time I go. The staff is absolutely wonderful.. However, They never have Bananas. They were out of Chia seeds one time. I’ve seen them have to turn people away because there’s no juices available.

Seems like there’s a lack of management And guidance.. But the staff in general are super Sweet and accommodating as much as they can be.

I'm sorry but it was NOT good. I threw the 2 smoothies away. So bland and didn't taste like what they were supposed to. I was so excited to see all the stars but didn't read the reviews. I wish I had a better experience, I was really looking forward to something good, healthy, and fulfilling.

I came once around 7 on a day they closed at 8 and the teens didn’t open the door to me. Then now I come on a Sunday and they’re closed?? Why not update yalls hours then gees. What a waste of time driving 10 minutes.

I wanted to share some feedback about my experience at your store yesterday. I placed an order in advance for pickup, hoping to save time, and received a confirmation text that my smoothie was ready. However, when I arrived, the store was not open, and my order was not prepared. This was closer to 9am and online it says the store opens at 7am.

After waiting outside for the store to open for about 10 minutes, it took about another 20 minutes to finally receive my smoothie. While the staff member was apologetic when I asked for management information, she seemed overwhelmed, and it was clear she had just arrived for her shift. I don’t believe this was her fault, but it was a frustrating experience, as the store should have been open and ready for customers at the scheduled time.

I hope this feedback helps improve future operations, as I really enjoy your smoothies and usually have a great experience.

I don’t know If the recipe changed. But the blueberry açaí bowl has no flavor. I really used to love this place.

This was my first time coming to main squeeze and I had no idea what I wanted, the person helping me was named Brian/Bryan and he was SUPER helpful and gave me a great recommendation and suggestions! He was really patient and nice, definitely will be coming back and letting my ppl know about it ??

Unfortunately, the bowl was extremely bland and watery right after it was made. I tried eating some, but it just wasn't enjoyable, so I ended up throwing the rest away. Definitely disappointing. I did remove the honey, but Ive had way better bowls with no agave at nekter. Save your money folks!
