They dont know what a root beer float is?!? Anyway, it's clean and has ice cream, enjoy!

Visited this location today and left very disappointed. The older woman working was unfriendly and offered no recommendations for a first-time customer. I decided on a chocolate M&M cookie, which was extremely underwhelming—bland, overly chewy, and unpleasant to eat. For comparison, Chick-fil-A’s chocolate chip cookies are far better in taste and quality, and cost significantly less.

Love this marble slab, the one near Baybrook mall lacks great customer service so I always drive a few more minutes down the road to come to this location.

The floor is sticky… it’s run down, dried ice cream on the chair backs and of course the rest room is out of order. The ice cream is $8 a cup for a little more than half a cup. We won’t be back.

The most liquidy shake I have ever had, there was no point in asking for a spoon, when clearly all I needed was a regular straw. Seriously, a waist of $10.00

Was kindly greeted and received recommendations on tasty ice cream options. If you are wanting a quick desert bite with some delicious creamery. Marble Slab Creamery is your next stop! A must after a movie or dinner here in Webster.

Walked in and it was kind of hot. I looked at the ice cream options, and found one I liked. She informed me that they had no marshmallows, which was fine. However, when she placed the ice cream on the marble slab it started to melt so fast. The presentation didn't seem at all like the photo. I got the Cotton Candy ice cream with M&Ms and mallo cream. She put the ice cream on the slab, she mixed it in and then put it in the regular cup, and handed it to me. There were no toppings placed on top like in the picture. I was disappointed, however, the flavors were still there. That being said, it's a $7 ice cream.

Not going back . Had a coupon and they still charged me and were rude about it. Restrooms broken and a/c not working

Dirty floors. Walls peeling. One scoop almost 7 dollars. As I watched them mix the ice cream on the slab, it melted rather than harden like it's suppose on the slab. Put into the cup more liquids than frozen.

Our trip in with our school children of 13 today was fabulous! We learned about how to create the ice cream from the cream to the machine to the storage process and into our tummies. It was so yummy. We also learned how to bake great American cookies decorate them and get them out to customers who are looking for a fabulous birthday treat! The owners were warm and inviting and so friendly! It by far was one of our best field trips!

Shohil accommodated my request to pick up my decorated cookie before store opening. He really cares about his quality of work & his customers. My cookie was decorated beautifully. Shohil has done other cookies for me & he really puts his heart into making each cookie special.

Kid-friendliness: My grandson was thrilled!
