This Dubai Chocolate Sundae is the best sundae I’ve ever had!!! The flavor, texture, everything was just blended in nicely together. Highly recommend everyone to try it.

I have faced repeated issues at this store. Every time I go after 10:20 pm to buy ice cream for my wife and children, the staff—especially the lady manager—show no interest in serving customers. Their behavior is very rude, and they do not respond properly. On several occasions, they looked at customers as if we were disturbing them, which is very disappointing. Good customer service should not end just because it’s late in the evening. Management should take responsibility, train their staff in customer handling, and ensure polite and respectful service. Customers deserve better. Thanks.

Every time we go to this location, it’s always the same attitude and same serving. Me and my partner always get the same regular size cup with toppings. They are so stingy with the toppings and add little scoops each time. I like to give places second chances but nothing has changed. Unfortunately this one is the closest one to us but I would rather drive further for a better location with better servings. They actually welcome us in unlike this location. We’ve met all workers at this location and not one has made my experience pleasant. Owner needs better hires that actually like their job.

Terrible. Places next door don't have public restrooms and they wanted to charge me $3 for a water for a basic human right. Had been planning on getting ice cream after shopping but never will support this business. To the owner that replied: seems to me like you need to complain to them about why they can't allow that? Go back to sharpstown with the no access to public restrooms nonsense. Terrible service and worse ice cream. This whole place smells like a bathroom.

It was a very pleasant experience from the second I walked in .... I placed the order and they started working on it at a very reasonable pace. Once it was ready I paid at the counter and was given my ice cream 🍦 which I can say was very tasty I also ran in a famous musician while I was there which added to the experience that being said I highly recommend this marble slab location to anyone living or that does live near the bay area. Thank you
