We love their harvest chicken salad sandwich and Jalapeño turkey crunch sandwich. Love the tea and the Coke Zero has the perfect amount of carbonation.

I love how fresh everything tastes here! I like the spicy turkey sandwich and the brocolli cheddar soup. The garden turkey was also good. I like that they have a choose 2 part on their menu which allows you to choose 2; sandwich, baked potato, soup, salad. The choose 2 is a smaller portion, great for kids or smaller appetites. The service was good. You order at the counter, they bring the food to your table and clear the table/check in with you during your meal- like fancy fast food! The sweet tea was good, average. The atmosphere inside was clean, but as far as ambiance/decor- it was average, like most corporate places.

Nice place and good help from the front staff but the New Yorker was not good. It was overly salty without a lot of sauce. I prefer Jason’s Deli New Yorker more. The broccoli cheese soup was good.

Great atmosphere and friendly staff, fast service and hot food. The only thing is the rewards program versus the emails we get for specials not being on the rewards when we go or if we've been awarded something through rewards it either goes away in a month or there is confusion when checking out and redeeming rewards. Other than that no complaints.

First off, congratulations goes out to the franchisee owners for making a good hard stand here, to remain as a successful restaurant business in hit or miss Webster, Texas. Many haven't survived as much in this highly competitive market out in the wild, wild west for small business survival. Especially in nearby League City or Dickinson.
I stopped in with my sister on a Tuesday evening in late October 2024. Mainly because I sampled their delicious iced tea before at the Houston Space Center during a culinary exhibition. It was just as good today. Even though I also have glanced at their takeout paper menu from that Space Center event, this was the actual first time I have stood in front of their menu board wall display in store!
Since I am a fan of meatball subs, that was the first food item I searched for. Nope. Well, I also am a fan of the lighter Bacon, lettuce, and tomato sandwich. Theirs had the wonderful twist of adding avocado slice or two. Yummy. A splendid idea. And still a lighter choice than a bolder selection like the NY Reuben or Italian sandwich, with its Black forest ham and salami mix and match. I wasn't as much hungry this evening, so I ordered it as a takeout.
For those deli connesurs unaware, this franchise headquarted in Atlanta knows its iced tea. And Texas loves its iced teas!!
They are also partner company with widely familiar Schlotzsky's and Cinnabon chain restaurants.

It's good as far as delis go. Baked potatoes and grilled chicken are a bit bland, but the tea is outstanding and salads are very good. Sandwiches are always top notch. Service is fast and friendly.

Whelp... I normally love McAllisters but not today. The service was great as always but the food was just plain gross.
The mac and cheese has been prepackaged after prep. The way the mac and cheese looked was beyond unappealing. I was going to attempt to eat it but the smell was off. I'm good, not today. I'm not going to be sick while attempting to work tomorrow due to spoiled food.
I got the New Yorker as my sandwich. The meat was dried out. Barely any mustard on the sandwich. The bread was soggy 🤮 this was due to them putting the pickle in a sandwich bag that didn't close.
All around disappointed with the order. I get it the night shift sucks but come on. All I wanted was some food to snack on while my son did his thing at football practice.
