6/10/2025: BEWARE, ask for your receipt! It's the third time this year, drive thru morning crew has automatically rounded up my change without even asking my permission to do so. It's literally drive thru robbery. Even if it is change, it's still wrong to take it assuming, WITHOUT ASKING ME!! I might have to pay interest charges on every single penny you just stole from me.

Made a mobile order went to pick it up first the lady that handed us our order slammed the window after basically throwing it at my husband.then the WHOLE order was wrong and if that's not bad enough my husband went in and the manager got rude and gave attitude because THEY messed up.this was our first time at this location and we won't be back.they need a whole different evening crew

Stopped here for the mine craft meals while passing through. We were celebrating my 6 year olds birthday so he wanted “his favorite”. Well they forgot his whole entire meal and we didn’t realize until we had already made it to our hotel. And not a single ketchup packing when I put many on my order. I placed the order on the app. It’s not hard to read and follow the order on the screen. Do better.

I was going here for breakfast fairly often and usually order a McMuffin, but I feel like the people in the kitchen didn't receive proper training, 90% of the time the sandwich is partly overcooked and undercooked at the same time, for example, they burnt the muffin several times along the edges, and there are also times where the muffin is so hard its almost as if its stale, the egg and sausage are dry like they were overcooked, then the cheese they put on is cold like it came right out of the refrigerator, so I end up with a burnt sandwich with cold cheese.....
When I go to the location in Houston near where I work, the sandwich is cooked properly, the muffin is soft all the way around, the egg and sausage are not dry, and the cheese is melted into the sandwich, the way it should be.
There is always a wonderful, tall African American guy who usually takes money at the first window and he makes my day any time I go. There's a quieter younger African American woman too who is always so professional and friendly. Yall def have good employees in those two. They are great with customers 🙂👍

This place is just horrible. They love hiring foreigners that seem to get everything wrong on my order every time. I haven’t been here in a long time and now I remember why I stopped patronizing this location. I repeated myself twice and when I got home the order was still wrong. I called the store. The manager identified herself and proceeded to argue with me. She is rude. She asked me to come back to the store and I declined. I just want them to fix the communication problem. Stop hiring foreigners who have not mastered the English language.

Picked up a mobile order and received green molded chicken nuggets. I called to tell the night manager and his response was “what do you want me to do about it.” When ask for corporate number, he told me he didn’t have it. No apology for serving molded green nuggets, just very dismissive and rude. I was able to get corporate number from a different location & will be contacting them.
