There is always a wonderful, tall African American guy who usually takes money at the first window and he makes my day any time I go. There are times I go to different places and get the burritos and ask if they could please add Xtra cheese and Rudely say no!!!! cause they are already made so I leave upset. So I decided to try the one off Bayarea and the Manger there said yes sir no problem ? I was so happy I forgot her name but it was on Nov.3rd 2024 @ 7:30 Thank you so much and I will be back , as far as the other one I will not be back to her store.

I live very near this location and I am a fairly frequent drive through customer ONLY because of its convenient location. It’s not for the service because it’s terrible. My orders are wrong most of the time. The staff are rude and barely speak English. The managers don’t care and don’t offer to resolve issues or try to make it right. All they ever say is “I’ll talk to them”. That’s it. And you know darn well that’s as far as it goes.
