The big lady at the drive through was extremely rude, she was being very unkind and was giving me an attitude, absolutely the worst customer service ever. I hope other customers don’t have her for their orders, she was absolutely the worst person to take my order. Worst McDonald’s I’ve been to ever. She needs to be replaced, this is not acceptable.

I ordered food online and they did not give me my basket of fries and didnt want to give me a refund. My Spicy McCrispy was also burnt and hard, and they put so much sauce in it.

Worst McDonald's I've ever been too.. first of all, the drive through person was extremely rude, I'm not sure what kind of day she had prior to us but it seems like she took it out on us; we bought the $5 meal deals for me and my girls and I asked for mac sauce instead of ketchup and mustard, boom, charged 45 cents each which that has never happened. When we get our food, I always check it and omg, when I tell you these people put a dot of mac sauce and it wasn't even in the center, but the side, on all 3 and it was messy, like they weren't taking their time to prepare it; I go back in and ask if they could add mac sauce, shes touching the burger and says we will remake it, KEEPS my receipt and it comes out, the bread on these were like, hard and the freaking same thing happened with the mac sauce. So, I tell her if I could get a side of it and I'm not sure why, but it was not the same color or taste of mac sauce, it was literally orange. I'm so mad I wasted my money and for this lousy experience.

July 22nd at 3:00pm I’m ordering food at McDonald’s and the lady in the front is so rude and mean . If you don’t like your job or people please find a new job . A woman was literally being so nice and sweet and she wants to be rude and have an attitude with the lady . The lady even said sorry for doing nothing btw and the worker still gave her attitude . I didn’t get her name but she has long black hair in a pony tail down to her back . Another customer is eating in the store he asked for a refill and she denied him . Do better and find better employees McDonald’s .

I placed an order on the mobile app. Left to complete a DoorDash order. That I had received from this location. Completed that delivery. Made my way back to pick up my order. Only so the lady at drive thru can tell me my order was cancelled cause it’s now lunch time. Very frustrating because I placed it 30 minutes before . Should of been ready for pick. She claims that all mobile orders aren’t activated til u give the mobile code . Never heard of that before .

The store manger Veronica was so rude and very unprofessional she stole my neighbors reward s then she wouldn't credit that she was wrong or fix it the rudest customer service that I ever seen I will not go there any more because of her rude customer service she needs a different job she doesn't know how resolve anything pertaining to management I was a regular customer I go there almost everyday, now I'm done.

I am writing to formally report ongoing issues at the McDonald’s located on El Dorado Blvd in Webster, Texas, specifically involving the store manager Veronica.

I have been a loyal customer of this location for over 15 years, and I’ve watched the quality of service and the work environment decline under Veronica’s management. On multiple occasions, I have personally witnessed her being rude and unprofessional, not only to customers but also to her own employees. She is often seen arguing with staff instead of helping them, and fails to take proper responsibility when problems arise.

As a customer, it’s uncomfortable to watch employees being mistreated and the store environment becoming increasingly negative. Veronica’s behavior reflects poorly on the McDonald’s brand and goes against the standards of professionalism and customer service that McDonald’s is known for.

Because this has been an ongoing issue and no improvement has been seen, I want to make it clear that I will be escalating this matter to McDonald’s corporate office for further review. After 15 years of supporting this location, I feel it’s necessary to speak up in hopes that change will be made.

I am writing to report an unprofessional and upsetting experience I had at the McDonald’s located on El Dorado Blvd in Webster, Texas, involving a manager named Veronica.

During my visit, my companion and I clearly stated that we had two separate orders. We also provided two separate app codes—one for each order. Veronica processed both codes under a single order and then told us that one of the codes had “gone away.” Initially, she admitted it was her mistake, but then she refused to take responsibility and instead began arguing with us.

As a store manager, Veronica’s behavior was extremely disappointing. Rather than trying to correct the issue and make things right, she was defensive, rude, and argumentative. She did not act with the professionalism or customer service standards that we expect from McDonald’s. Instead of resolving the situation calmly and respectfully, she made the experience uncomfortable and frustrating.

We left the store feeling disrespected and dissatisfied. No customer should be treated this way—especially when the issue began due to a staff error.

I hope this matter is looked into seriously and that appropriate action is taken. I would appreciate a follow-up response regarding how this will be handled.

Order ahead doesn’t make a difference at this location. Slowest service ever. Every time. Ridiculous wait times and according to them, it’s always the app or some issue out of their control. Just head over to the one on Bay Area near Hwy 3. It wasn’t like this until recent months. They used to have good service. I only come here for my kids and it’s become an annoying experience every time.
