I been to this location many times I read Some comments from other people about the service there employees are rude as hell but especially a heavy lady spanic that works there I always forget to get her name she's always rude to me one of this days I'll go off on her I'm tired of putting up with her she needs to be fired seriously that's not how you treat customers hope big guys do something about it really

The food is like any other restaurant. I don't like that it takes a while for someone to take your order. They want you to self check out at the kiosk. Kinda makes me think that they (McDonald's) are trying to eliminate jobs for high school kids who want to work and earn extra cash for homecoming, prom, graduation, ECT
Parking: Nice size parking lot.
Kid-friendliness: This McDonald's has an indoor playground.

I’ve been going to this location for a few years and in the last few months I noticed a consistent practice of refried fries. This makes the fries too gross and greasy to be edible. I live in the neighbor next to this location but will now drive all the way to Bay Area locations to avoid these fries.

** I have never had such a disastrous experience at a McDonald's. Not only was the food disappointing (my Big Mac was cold and the fries looked like they were hours old), but the staff was incredibly rude and disorganized.
When I arrived, there were only two people in line, but the staff seemed more interested in talking to each other than serving customers. After waiting for over 20 minutes, I received my order and noticing that the food was cold, I tried to politely explain it to one of the employees. Instead of apologizing or offering a solution, he looked at me nonchalantly and said, "This is how we serve it."
Also, the place was dirty. There was garbage on the floor and the tables were not clean. The bathroom was even worse: there was no toilet paper and the sink was clogged.
In short, bad food, dirty place and a staff that doesn't seem to care about the customers. I will not return to this McDonald's nor recommend it to anyone.

I’ve been to this location many times, but the service is consistently terrible and only seems to be getting worse. The food was cold, looked awful, and tasted completely horrible—I had to throw it away. The staff are consistently rude, and the manager or team leader in the blue uniform is extremely unprofessional. Every time I asked to fix an issue, she yells instead of fixing your order. I’m not expecting five-star service at any fast food restaurant, but at least get the basics right, like your competitors do. I guess will stop come in here , Problem fixed

Pls do better with mobile orders. One shldnt still be waiting 10-15 mins for their food when using the mobile app. Thn to wait n get old, dried up food(fish sandwich) is not okay! Point of app is to not hv to wait as long
