Most definitely the worst McDonald’s in Webster period if you want food here please go in the day time the night crew most definitely will have you sitting in line 30-40 minutes for 1 cheeseburger and everything here is funny to there workers management is a joke there just as nonchalant as there workers morning shift is most definitely better

I am not sure why manager was screaming at us. We ordered food the drive through person charged for one burger so I told the second window that we have two orders!! She was literally screaming and then she handed me the food and I asked why are you screaming. She said oh it’s my voice!!! I am your customer I am paying for my order! I will report to corporate to investigate this location. Bad leadership creates bad customer service!!!

One of the cleanest McDonald’s I have ever been too staff very friendly place is large to hold multiple people in food was delivered very quickly will be coming here more often

I came inside to get my order and all the staff were rude instead of asking hi welcome to McDonald's are you gonna be using your code instead I got yelled what's your code and the lady walked away when I tried to give it to her, I had to go back 3 times because they couldn't find my order and stuff where missing there was no line outside in the drive thru or inside and it still took more then 20 mins to get 2 cheeseburgers and 1 McChicken I saw at least 3 managers there and the general manager all with the same mad attitudes the last two sandwiches when I opened them they where drenched in sauce and If i wanted sauce I would of jest payed for sauce. I would not recommend showing up to this McDonald's at least in the morning unless you want unprofessional service

Was horrible didn't know the registration couldn't pull up my ticket. A young lady completed the order this lady just moved her out of the way. Just rude won't be back

Giselle needs to be fired. She’s in training and throwing ranch into people’s hands and slamming the drive thru window keeping customers change. She has a nasty rude attitude and when the manager tried to fix the issues Giselle created by telling me I could swing by and they would remake my order the proper way with better customer service, the trainee Gisele, and the chick who was training her stood behind the drive thru glass smack talking about me and laughing at me behind the window I guess thinking it was sound proof. Definitely won’t be returning to this location which sucks because I’ve been going there for years. Worst customer service and rude workers. I suggest Gisele find a job that doesn’t have anything to do with serving people because she clearly doesn’t have the attitude for it.
Guess we will be going to another location and building our loyalty points there and I’ll be sure to tell my family and friends to do the same. I feel sorry for the manager here because staff must really be slim pickings.
