Despite being short staffed, Stephanie and joshua were all smiles and ready to give the best customer service available. Both of these MOD employees were inundated with customers and never lost their composure, nor did they forget how to smartly serve everyone as quickly as possible. Stephanie and Joshua need a raise!!

We came in for lunch and there were only 2 poor souls working behind the counter during the lunch rush. These are the tow most loyal employees a company could ask for because the line was dang near out the door, the GM hadn’t show up, yet despite all the overwhelming stressors of a service worker both Stephanie and Josh provided excellent customer service with smiles. It’s hard to find dedication without negativity in the workplace and these two were shining examples grind now, gripe later. Good job to Stephanie and Josh!

My daughter and I LOVE MOD pizza. It's our bonding place. We always feel like we're cheating when we aren't at our usual Baytown location, BUT we really enjoy the Bay Area location. We really like the round booths and the setup. And when we do visit this location, we get nothing but what is expected, super cool and kind service! P.S. I was excited that they had White Claws here. ?

I have never been to Mod Pizza BUT, THIS IS THE BEST PIZZA I HAVE HAD!!! Jadrian was awesome and made me feel very comfortable. I don’t like going into new places but he made me feel like family!!! Deleting my dominos app as soon as I’m done with this review!!

I never leave reviews but while the pizza may be good, the service there seriously sucks. We have given it 3 times and the last time waited 10 minutes and no one came to take our order so we walked out. Not rude or anything but I won't be going back. If I could give it a negative score I would. It won't let me not leave a star but it would be a negative 1 if I could.
