Stopped by to get a small bundt cake, and it was a nice and short experience! The workers were very nice and patient as I decided on which flavor to get. The inside is bright and yellow with a lot of fun decor, including a large teddy bear! Lots of flavors and sizes to choose from!! The parking lot is also spacious, and there are a ton of things to do in the area!

I ordered my daughter in law’s birthday Bundt cake late night online and accidentally ordered the wrong flavor. I went to pick it up and the young lady brought it out and I immediately knew it was the wrong flavor. I looked and yep, I had ordered the wrong flavor on accident. My heart went into my stomach. She immediately responded with I will have the girls fix you one with the flavor you want!!! Excellent customer service and the cakes are the best!! All my birthday cakes will be from Nothing Bundt cake! This was the store on Bay Area Blvd. I can’t thank them enough!!

The vibe was so off. After waiting 45 min outside I held the door open for someone that jumped in line and the attendant said she would not help me she would help the person that jumped the line. I waited for my order and watched how rude the attendants were to everyone. Very short, non accommodating, and absolutely no customer service. I felt better after walking out, that it wasn’t just me they are just rude. Leslie is her name. Someone please get with her or I guarantee you will loose business. No one is privileged.

I placed an order for delivery for an event. Delivery window was 10-1 pm. At 12:45 it still had not been delivered so I called to get an update. After 15 min on hold they told me their third party deliver service was “running behind” (understatement of the century) and wouldn’t be delivering until 4. Are you kidding me. And they weren’t even going to call me and tell me this ? So now I have to go leave work and pick this up and rush back for the event I ordered this for. Zero compensation or sympathy whatsoever from the manager. Offered to give me 10% off my next order. I’m never ordering from here again what use is that to me.Do not under any circumstances order from here if you actually need something delivered

this is the best lemon cake ive ever had i got one for my brithday last year and there crame chaeese icing is the best i rate theme a five star ive had the lemon and the chocolate and the red vevelt all very good will be stopping by to get a free bount lit on my brithday next year.

Arrived a little after 1pm on Tuesday and purchased 4 regular sized bundt cakes. All 4 were cold and stiff like they came out of the refrigerator or freezer. Because they were so cold I had to wait an hour once home, just to get it to a temperature for me to enjoy it. I was looking for a room temperature cake, not a cold or frozen treat. Because it was so cold, it took away from it being moist and smooth like I’m typically used to. Very disappointed.

Coming here has been a Thanksgiving tradition for years. Not anymore! Did you know the retail items sold in the shop are returnable, well I did not! No posting in the shop. Manager says d the girls should have stamped my receipt says no returns. She said she will ales responsibility for her staff but would not do the return or give me my receipt back. So I can not add pic of receipt.
My daughter gave me a beautiful red velvet Nothing Bundt Cake for my birthday. The cake itself was delicious but the chocolate chips completely ruined the cake flavor, texture, and experience. Why do you ruin your cakes by putting chocolate chips in them. I would buy them more often, especially the chocolate cake ones, if you didn't put the chocolate chips in them.

Managers should b aware of promotions and making the staff aware too ..I went in this particular location with a coupon and both staff and manager refused to honor it even as I clearly showed them it was for their location. Never had issues before. Needless to say I walked out not buying anything ????

My complaint is with the delivery service. Cake was left on the ground , in the hot sun. No attempt to knock or ring doorbell.
