The bugs in the drink station area flying around at will is unacceptable. I came in for a chill cafe vibe and while setting up was harassed about if we were ordering or not. We usually order from the screen. Received a dirty spoon for my child’s soup, asked for a second and it was even dirtier with food caked on and after receiving a 3rd that was dirty I washed it myself at the drink station while they looked on. No cares given. The food was mediocre with not very fresh veggies and the soup was lukewarm. Used to be our favorite place and this is the last time.

I enjoy coming here to get work done but would feel a lot better without the homeless loitering around the patios exchanging clothes, smoking cigarettes and inside with their 1 drink. I feel they are friends with the staff. No one seems to care.

I haven’t been going to this location long, just 2 visits in. But the Spinach and Bacon Soufflé and the Four cheese Soufflé are so yummy! I would definitely recommend eating these!! I like the location too… really close to my home, but also right off 45.
Vegetarian options: I am trying to start eating more healthy and they have several healthy options!

I came to Panera bread today because I really wanted some of their autumn squash soup, which is exceptionally delicious. I ordered the soup and sandwich combo and after I finished the soup I decided to order some to take home. I had eaten about two bites of my sandwich. I left my food sitting on the table and got up to go to the kiosk to order a soup to go. My table was within my line of sight so I thought it would be fine. But when I looked down to pay for the to-go order and looked back up, my food was gone from my table and the table was clean! I panicked because I had only started my sandwich and I had not eaten my baguette at all (which is one of the best parts of coming to Panera bread). So I ran to the kitchen calling, "Wait Wait someone took my food and I wasn't done!" I guess I thought they'd actually give it back to me but of course they couldn't do that. They calmed me down and said it's no problem we'll make you another sandwich and give you another baguette. They even gave me a bottle of water since that's what I was drinking. They really went above and beyond to make sure I was happy! Plus the food is just delicious! Can't recommend that autumn squash soup highly enough. 😊
My only problem is when I say no pork they put pork lol, happened twice but otherwise good place and service

I don’t know if it was a bad day for them but this is totally unacceptable! I took one bite of my grilled cheese and instantly regretted it. $16.21 for this is unacceptable and ridiculous. If I hadn’t already made it home I would have requested a refund.
