I have been to this Panera twice now and both times were horrible experiences. I dealt with two different employees that were extremely rude and made it very known that they either hated their job or hated the customer talking. I will not be back here. I’m not the person to leave this type of review but the way these employees treated me both times I visited this location Was super unprofessional and something I’ve never seen before. Both employees were middle age to older women, which is too old to act the way they did.

My Boyfriend and I came to pick up dinner after work and ordered on the kiosks. My order was correct however he ordered a Chicken avocado BLT but we were given a tuna sandwich instead, and I was missing a baguette with my order. I don’t know if it was a bad day or what but I was disappointed

I love this place and their food but everytime I come to the drive thru they always forget one thing in my order and it’s starting to become an issue. Please double check the orders before giving to customers! Thanks.

We made an online order and the store won’t taking accountability for not securing our food against the drivers/thieves that delivery our food after going through the bag and eating part of our order. The driver was named Basil with door dash for anyone missing food. We are calling police bc our order was almost $50 and since they touched our food we can’t eat it.

Food was ok, but the service from the manager was not pleasant. He rushed me through the drive through (repeating orders back before I could finish saying them) and then we were missing half of our order (again, from the manager (who confirmed the order was all accounted for)). Very disappointed… if you want to go, CHECK your order!

I ordered a full bacon turkey bravo with no tomatoes online and in return I got a half bacon turkey bravo with tomatoes…..I used to love this location. $18 down the drain.

The bugs in the drink station area flying around at will is unacceptable. I came in for a chill cafe vibe and while setting up was harassed about if we were ordering or not. We usually order from the screen. Received a dirty spoon for my child’s soup, asked for a second and it was even dirtier with food caked on and after receiving a 3rd that was dirty I washed it myself at the drink station while they looked on. No cares given. The food was mediocre with not very fresh veggies and the soup was lukewarm. Used to be our favorite place and this is the last time.

I enjoy coming here to get work done but would feel a lot better without the homeless loitering around the patios exchanging clothes, smoking cigarettes and inside with their 1 drink. I feel they are friends with the staff. No one seems to care.
