We were surprised. The coffee was cold. When telling them about it they told us we could microwave it. Also, the bagel was hard as a rock. We had to cut it with a plastic knife and attempted to warm it in the microwave.

Best service hands down, Nathan did an excellent job in the drive-thru. It was my first time and he recommended some great soups. Like the risotto soup, but I chose the Broccoli cheddar... Best decision ever... Thanks for the great service. Sincerely Darlene

Grungy Panera. Not really a pleasant eating experience. Slow service. Little unsanitary watching the cashier touch the baked items with bare hands. The au jus for the French dip is just their French onion soup. Not enough soup to dip in and in a cup to small to get the sandwich in.

I went in to place an order for pickup, I asked for a cinnamon roll and they charged me for it, only to forget it when giving me my order. I tried calling several times to no avail. Is this seriously how ya'll treat customers? Hugely disappointing, it makes me not want to return.
Great baked treats. Scones and âď¸ fantastic. Great selection of salads and sandwiches.

Started when we ordered. Had big language barrier. For those who don't understand she did not speak good English. We placed our orders one came out correct but I guess she didn't understand No Tomatoes because they put extra on it. So now we are told the drink machine is broke. Tea was working. The restrooms were a total disaster. The floor was sticky before you went in and once inside I have been in port cans cleaner. The wife said the women's was same way but they had toliet paper all over the floor. We will not be back dump. This store must follow the same rules as the Fairmont Parkway location because it is almost as bad.

Silvia took my order, but the interaction felt very roboticâhonestly, a robot mightâve shown more personality. There was no âhelloâ or âwelcome,â and even when I greeted her at the window, she didnât respond. I ended up holding on to my card because she seemed so stuck in routine. She also didnât ask if I needed pepper for my soup.
The food itself was okay, nothing special, but the customer service definitely needs improvement.
The woman Inside didn't speak English very good did not take my order very well

The person taking the order had the order all wrong and over priced for pick 2, had to get her to restart the order.

Came here for veteran's day since USA Today showed Panera Bread honored veterans with a free pastry and coffee. The older man said they did not celebrate veteran's day. I am never going to any Panera Bread with their microwaved food.

Terrible experience and discriminatory treatment
I placed an order through the Panera app for in-store pickup, and when I arrived, my order was ready. However, one of the employees spoke to me with unacceptable rudeness, telling me that I âcouldnât take anything without asking himâ and that âif I didnât like it, I could leave.â
I tried to speak with the manager to explain the situation, but his response was even worse. He justified the employeeâs attitude by saying that âthere are people who come to steal ordersâ and added a completely inappropriate comment, implying that this happens with âpeople like you, Latinos.â That kind of comment is offensive, discriminatory, and totally unacceptable.
I have visited many other Panera stores and have always received friendly and professional service. At all other branches, you can pick up your order from the pickup locker without any problem, simply by verifying your name. This store, however, has poorly trained, rude, and disrespectful staff.
Hopefully, Panera's management will investigate what happened, because with employees and managers like this, they are seriously damaging the brand's image.

This location is so slow! Did an online order to beat the line, and that did NOT happen, order here if you have the time to spare.
Weird smells, weird employees no sweeteners and itâs old and dirty Panera corporate should be embarrassed.
