The crab cake was changed awhile back. They need to bring back the old recipe. The new one looks like blob on the plate. Old one was round patty with thin fried onion rings on top , Look n tasted way better.

Came in with a friend for the first time Saturday evening. It was busy but we had to wait about 10-15 minutes which was good seeing how busy it was. Was seated towards the back. Had a great waiter which I hate I don’t remember his name but I believe it started with a Z. Started with bread and butter which the butter was so good with the crunch of the bread. I had the Mississippi Farm Catfish with shrimp ettoufee. The fish was tender and had a good flavor and didn’t stay fishy and the ettoufee was cooked right. I enjoyed the experience and will keep going back. Crazy because I frequent Delta Blues next door but now I have this option too.

Was seated quickly and served hot bread with drinks! Ordered pan grilled red snapper with lump crab and honey carrot with pistachios! DELICIOUS!!! Friend order the naked pan grilled grouper and butter potatoes. The grouper had a lobster taste and texture to it for those wondering. Both meals were full of flavor! It was pricy and worth it!

The Cadillac margarita was really good. The service is always spectacular! The crab cakes are super good! Delicious fresh huge raw oysters on half shell. The food is really delicious but the only exception I have had was texas redfish had kinda of muddy taste during my Mid March dinner...that was surprising. Sometimes its kinda noisy and difficult to hear...I wish they'd do something to fix that. Definitely love Papa's

The food and service was excellent on our last trip to the Webster location. It was Valentines day and we had a thunderstorm that had rolled into the Houston area. The power blinked off for a few seconds and startled the patrons ( myself included) but, once the power came back on it was business as usual!! Please continue to make customer service a vital part of the restaurant chain. In the current times customer service is like a dinosaur, some don't believe it EVER existed.
