We had an outstanding experience at Pappa’s Seafood House thanks to our waiter, Alejandro. From the moment we were seated, he was warm, attentive, and genuinely friendly. He guided us through the menu with great recommendations, making sure we felt taken care of the entire evening. Our drinks stayed full, our food came out just right, and he checked in at just the right times without ever being intrusive.
Alejandro’s professionalism and positive energy truly elevated our dining experience. It’s rare to find service that feels both polished and personable, and he nailed it. We’ll definitely be asking for him again on our next visit!
