Spoke to a young lady very rude over the phone her name was Jessica she 1st had me wait of the phone which was no problem I wanted To place an order for delivery I told Her that I was In Friendswood and she said she could not deliver to friends wood even though it was 7 min from the location I just Was trying to get understand as to though why if the distance wasnt far she put me on hold and was very aggressive getting back on the phone w me saying “I dont Know what you don’t comprehend by me saying we can’t go over there “ This is what type of customer services experience I got it seems like she doesn’t like her job or upset that she is even there to began w. It’s unfortunate cause I’ll never use that location again

Terrible! It took over an hour to get my order and it was cold! The app never left the preparing spot until I called the store to ask where my order was. The. After hanging up it changed to delivered and I still had to wait ten minutes after that! Let alone the driver put the delivery bag on the ground and slid my order out of the bag still on the ground before picking it up and handing it to me! I had to reheat the whole meal! I also asked for extra mushrooms and the whole pizza was covered to the max!

Jennifer the manager was so personable and attentive. I enjoy coming to this Pizza Hut and had no idea I was even a “regular”. I definitely recommend this location - very customer service oriented!
