Last night was a specials night, and tho a oven issues arised. They had the best customer service and handling of the situation I've ever seen, as someone who has worked for a luxury brand for 14 years. The Pizza was amazing and the staff were nice and impressive. Will be back for sure.! ~mg

I will never ever order from this Pizza Hut again. We placed an order via the app and the pick up was for 7:53pm. It is now 10:23pm and we have no pizza. We are on vacation and our family has no dinner. The manager or whoever the tall white guy with no teeth is called me rude bc I demanded a refund after patiently waiting for 2 HOURS!!!! He also told me I could just come back tomorrow and ask for a refund then. So we are out almost $50 and have nothing to show for it. The way all of the people were treated was beyond unprofessional. There was a customer there filming other customers like it was some kind of joke. I’m making a formal complaint with Pizza Hut and filing a claim with my credit card company to get a refund from this trash establishment.

Worst service at Pizza Hut on Bay Area blvd in Webster Tx. Wait a hour for to separate orders that were ordered online. Manager there was a white man with no teeth was cursing and yelling at his employees another employee was getting into it with 2 customers. The line was out the door and the frustration was high for everyone. I asked for refund and was told he couldn’t do them and I would have to come back tomorrow. Or I could wait all night because I wasn’t getting one. Videos were recorded. Service is horrible and corporate has been contacted. I advised NO ONE TO GO THERE! Service is out of this world unreal!
As usual, very stingy on the toppings. The Bay Area and Clear Lake stores are equally as bad. I'm not a big fan of Little Caesars, but they put more toppings on a one topping pizza than Pizza Hut does on a 3 topping pizza. I eat pizza 1-2 times per week, but only eat Pizza Hut, which I've loved since I was a kid, once every 6 weeks. In this area, Dominos is just as bad. Spankys is much better, and Little Caesars is much more generous for less money. Pizza Hut also asks for tips for pickup. Wow. This was a pepperoni and EXTRA ham. 🙄

I ordered pizza for lunch here at bay area blvd and got one of the worst pizza from the hut. There was no sauce on the pizza with a gigantic amount of veggies which pisses me off, although i did ordered classic sauce with limited veggies. Please look for this, as it will not be acceptable next time. Come on like who would eat and take a pizza without any kind of sauce!!!

Called to make a order someone answered the one and I guess pur on the counter for about 5 minutes before I just ordered online but I stayed on the line to see how long they would do this 5 more minutes they say Pizza Hut how can help I said well I been waiting for 10 minutes that’s poor service they hung up and I showed up in person no apology or anything
