I ordered my pizza online and I thought it was a great value. The problem is that I got one pizza that was what I ordered and the other one was something I would never order. I had people coming over, so I just used both pizzas. I hardly ever get pizza hut anymore because they give you a hard time about little stuff. I asked for blue cheese instead of ranch, and the counter lady said that I would be charged for it? It just was not as easy and polite as Domino's. I love the pizza at pizza hut better.
just got bad service come 4 minutes away i’m paying for delivery and then say i dnt have change. after i explained to the manager to make sure the driver have change. oh my bad i forgot. i gave the food back

I put on order for Togo mixed with beef extra cheese and pepperoni when I opened the box and I told him about the order he was totally confused about what I asked for. The service was totally a miss I had to wait extra 15 minutes in total of 30 minutes or more waiting for other orders wasting my time pullshit will never order at that location again period. I mean what is confusing about it plus I can see them working without gloves that’s very tuff
It’s has been a couple years since I got a Pizza Hut pizza and it will be the last. For $30 I got the largest pizza they have. I don’t think it weighed 1.5lbs super thin and very thin on the toppings.

No stars really should be an option. Wish I read the reviews here before ordering. They all had the same horrible experience and customer service as me.
First, delivery driver didn't deliver my drinks. Pizza half way cooked and crust still raw. Pasta had chicken on it and I ordered no chicken. Breadsticks also raw.
Ok, mistakes happen, I'll just call the store and ask them to fix it. 9 calls later and no one from the store will pick up my call.
Ok, I'll go online and ask for help in the chat. All chat agent can do is tell me they can't call the store and someone will call me in 3 days.
Take your money and business anywhere else. Honestly the 7Eleven next door has better pizza .
