I've been going to this pizza about 2+ years and it seems like service is getting worse and worse. At first it seemed like a manager was there with only a couple other workers but there was always a lady there to keep him too occupied to greet and help the customer at the front computer. Then it got better for a little bit... now it seems like they hired a full staff but when I get there I still wait about 5 minutes at the computer... I can clearly see my order is ready on the screen... I finally get some help and the guy walks up to the computer and literally asks me "what's up"... if there was a different location I could go to I would... extremely close to just giving up on this pizza hut if it wasn't for my kids who love pizza.

Will never order from pizza hut again. Waited over 2 hours for food. Called and they couldn't make sure that the order was delivered again. This company has gone down hill. They deliver cold food the time before that when I ordered.

Price getting it delivered is too expensive. Pick it up. $20.00 plus for 2 personal pan pepperoni.It's not all that! I refuse to pay that much money on their pizza!

I've been waiting 4 hours now on a replacement pizza. They screwed up my order. Sent the replacement through a door dash driver. He shows up at my residence demanding cash. Looked very unkempt like he was on drugs. Had another person in the car with him. Demands cash even though the ticket said 0 owed. Took the pizza from me. Cussed me. Sat in my driveway for 10 minutes then flipped me off then drove off laughing. The store manager said he was sending another replacement. 4 hours ago. Now won't answer. I have two drugged out looking strangers who now know my address and residence. I've called multiple times only to be told the manager will call me back. Nothing has been done. How would he like 2 strangers knowing his name and address and to be ripped off? I will never order from this location again. Sounds to me like the manager is in on something shady.

This location seems to have quite a few issues. Not only limited to delivery. But this is a cutting the corners location. Some times we dont even get our order or when we do its wrong. And difficult to get corrected.
