Previously I could get my poke seared to my satisfaction. Not anymore. The flame cooked option has been removed from the website and the workers inside don't want to take the time to sear. I tip extra when my order is right.

I ordered lunch online from here today b/c a colleague said she was going there to pick her own food up. Neither of us realized she gave me the incorrect name of where she was going. I called the restaurant in an attempt to cancel my order (I didn't expect a refund honestly) but was told they couldn't cancel my order or give me a full refund. I told them that was not an issue, I did not believe the refund would happen so instead I just wanted to make sure the food (a basic order online) was not wasted and someone could have a free meal. I was told that was not possible either and that the best he could do was give me a 50% refund (he didn't tell me how he would do the refund, in person or just on the card i ordered). I told him no one would be there to pick the order up as my colleague was at another location. He again said a refund and/or giving the food away was not possible. I thanked him for his time and disconnected the call.
I have been able to cancel an online order in the past (this doesn't happen often before you ask!) so this was a first for me but the part that bums me out is the waste of food. I will not be ordering online from there again nor will I be going in person to support this establishment.

The food was good, but the girl(with the face piercings) who took our order was extremely rude. She kept telling us to hurry up & when we asked for the sauce on the side, she threw it at the register. Refused to give us a reciept even when we asked for it

Had a horrible experience with Lexi. She threw my food around slammed things like a toddler having a temper tantrum she was very disrespectful to me other guests and the staff even used profanity to guests. Will not be coming back

Delivery order. Good food, but seems a bit overpriced -- total cost (order + delivery + tip) was $85+ for four of us. The portion size on one of our meals was unusually small. They gave us one wrong sauce too, and it's not the first time.

Fire Spreading
When ordering online, they’ve forgotten the sauce several times when I say I want it on the side. Also, it’s super expensive for a tiny bowl.
Dietary restrictions: Great for dietary restrictions, they actually make brown rice right and have options that are healthier. The service is lackluster when I order online.

Okay..Please cook the rice better it came out really mushy and I was sad :( when it’s half of the entire bowl it makes a pretty bad experience. I just wish overall it tasted fresher too when I’m paying $15+
