I had an amazing experience at this restaurant! From the moment I walked in, the atmosphere was warm and inviting, and the food was absolutely delicious. Everything tasted fresh, well-seasoned, and clearly made with care.

My usual poke spot was closed so I tried this one, I got double protein spicy tuna & you definitely wouldn’t think it was double. The spicy tuna hardly had any flavor, the onion slices in my bowl weren’t even slices & just huge ends of the onions. I even got the spicy Serrano mayo (something like that) still had a pretty bland bowl, definitely disappointed.

As somebody going here for a couple of years now it’s alright. Atmosphere and service are fine, just a usual modern establishment with young employees from teen to college age. They’re usually very stingy about the topping to rice ratio, and it’s been a lot more prominent. My recent order the fish kind of tasted like dish water which was kinda odd. I prefer other poke restaurants though.

Usually, I don’t write reviews, but the service was horrible. The girl making my bowl gave me an attitude right when I started to order. I thought maybe she was having a bad day, but the attitude worsen. I told her I wanted 3 bowls, and she made a sound and stared back at me as if I did something wrong. She proceeded to look annoyed at me. Then when I paid with a $50 bill, she even made a remark that she doubt I would scam her in a mocking way. Why would you even say that to a customer.
Hector was a great help with the menu and checked to make sure everything was good with my order 👍

Previously I could get my poke seared to my satisfaction. Not anymore. The flame cooked option has been removed from the website and the workers inside don't want to take the time to sear. I tip extra when my order is right.

I ordered lunch online from here today b/c a colleague said she was going there to pick her own food up. Neither of us realized she gave me the incorrect name of where she was going. I called the restaurant in an attempt to cancel my order (I didn't expect a refund honestly) but was told they couldn't cancel my order or give me a full refund. I told them that was not an issue, I did not believe the refund would happen so instead I just wanted to make sure the food (a basic order online) was not wasted and someone could have a free meal. I was told that was not possible either and that the best he could do was give me a 50% refund (he didn't tell me how he would do the refund, in person or just on the card i ordered). I told him no one would be there to pick the order up as my colleague was at another location. He again said a refund and/or giving the food away was not possible. I thanked him for his time and disconnected the call.
I have been able to cancel an online order in the past (this doesn't happen often before you ask!) so this was a first for me but the part that bums me out is the waste of food. I will not be ordering online from there again nor will I be going in person to support this establishment.

Had a horrible experience with Lexi. She threw my food around slammed things like a toddler having a temper tantrum she was very disrespectful to me other guests and the staff even used profanity to guests. Will not be coming back
