Today there were two employees working who were absolutely amazing—a gentleman with glasses and long hair, and a very patient lady who gave me time to decide what I wanted. Let's not forget Alexis, she was all over the place multitasking from making orders, bagging orders, taking orders at the register, and answering the phone lines..and again delivering excellent customer service with a smile on her face regardless of a rush in customers ! Definitely the worst shake Ive ever had. It taste like cold milk Plus the cookie they put on top was super stale. They have other things that are good but I wouldnt recommend the shake.

I go to this location frequently and my last two visits have been very disappointing. I order the roast beef sandwich most of the time and my last visit I got 3 of them for the family and the meat was so dry and tough they were not edible. I dont know if they changed something in the recipe but unfortunately our experience was so bad we will have to stop going here.

I ordered the Prime Rib Steak and it was the worst sandwich I’ve ever had. The meat had so much hard gristle throughout the meat. I could not eat but about a third of the sandwich. If it were real Prime Rib as advertised, there would not be hard gristle throughout. I will not be ordering that item ever again. I used to get the Wreck in the past, now I’m wondering if it is really genuine meat.
I do not recommend the Prime Rib Steak. It was disgusting!

My girlfriend and I paid $30 for our sandwiches and we usually get bigs for our sandwiches. Tonight it looks like we paid for a big, but got a portion a small. Our sandwiches are mostly of our toppings, and barely any protein. This was unacceptable to spend $30 on something that is supposed to fill me up. Now, I don’t think I’ll be coming back.

The worker making the sandwiches at 8:30pm Tuesday, Aug 19th, was incredibly rude and frustrated we were ordering food.
Her name started with “M” and this is the second time we’ve had a problem with her attitude.
The first time was a month ago, walking into the store and hearing her yelling at her coworker, seemingly frustrated, making it really awkward.
The second time, most recently, she rolled her eyes and visibly was mad that I wanted bacon on my sandwich. I wanted more stuff but at this point, I just wanted to get out of there asap.
I won’t be returning to this location, as I only associate it with her bad vibes now. I get times can be rough, but damn girl! You ain’t gotta take it out on your coworkers and customers!
