I love Potbelly Sandwich Shop. This location did not disappoint! Rather large interior with plenty of seating, everything was pretty spotless. The employees were super friendly and the sandwich was exactly what I expected to be - delicious! Would be more than happy to come back here and to recommend it to others!

The best sandwich place by far! Clean Ingredients, vegan menu options, and vintage food/drink options that are just the cherry on top!ALSO, for anyone eating here with kiddos, I would give an extra star for this little detail they put in:not only are the high chairs and booster seats stocked/clean always but they also provide a few books for the wait times until your food is ready. It’s a vast variety of books so not just for little kids. I thought this was a neat alternative to unhappy children, or screen obsessed children.

It’s hard to find good chicken salad that isn’t ruined by grapes/nuts or something else, but the chicken salad here is so good! I get it with mayo, lettuce, onion, pickles & hot peppers. Sooo good!

Usually I just pick up other people's order but this time,it was MY TIME to eat lol!UPDATE : Ubereats orders are EXTREMELY slowwww waiting for now, they used to have them ready on the shelf,and lord forbid you even ask about it,seems they come off bothered..its not ME complaining,but rather my customers waiting..

Stopped in to grab lunch a few days ago. My partner and I were greeted with kindness from the employees taking our order, but when we got to the register, the employee with the backward baseball cap with all the pins on it was rude and disrespectful. They asked us "what did you have?" My partner replied with "a pick your pair." And the employee replied again "what did you have?" My partner said "a broccoli cheddar soup and sandwich." The employee became irate and shouted "YOU NEED TO TELL ME WHAT YOU HAVE, WHAT KIND OF SANDWICH DID YOU HAVE?" So, not only did this employee inadequately communicate what they actually wanted to know, but then got loud and rude at our response. This is a blatantly inappropriate way to treat customers. This occurrence made us never want to return and we will make sure we share our experience.

Horrible customer service no greeting. The food is great but this is the second time I’ve came there and feel like these people don’t want to be there. I stood in line for five minutes with no one in front of me. If the employees were busy a simple we will be right with you would have been great.

Ordered before lunch, got an expected time of 11:38.Walked out at 11:52.Sandwiches are fine, but don't order if you're on any sort of time crunch or at lunch, you're not getting your order on time.

Woefully understaffed. About 10 people waiting for mobile orders, and the 4 employees are moving as if it were a slow day. No sense of urgency with helping dine in or mobile order customers.
Foods ok chip selection is terrible. Service is abysmal every time it's dirty and the staff clearly doesn't want to be here. Then they have the audacity to ask for tips after barely acknowledging your existence. The management at this location must even worse to manage to have such a bad staff. Restaurants usually dirty most the time you have to wipe your own table before eating.

My food was cold and order was placed 10 minutes before I arrived. Asked if sandwich can be heated up they declined and I explained my food was cold and they just stared at me. Lobby was dirty and employees ignored me at register for 5 minutes when the store was completely empty. Jersey mikes is way better and cheaper lol. Horrible customer service.
