Service at this location is fantastic, I am not sure if it was manager or an employee but on Thursday feb 19 manager was so helpful always asking if we needed help with placing and order also offered to get us ketchup and napkins, and to take our plates. He was very proactive with great customer service to all patrons

Delicious burger and shake menu selections. Torrick was an asset with helping me order using the kiosk. He also checked on me after I received the food that he brought to my table. My food was hot, fresh and exactly like I ordered!!

Food is gross unless you want over priced carnival food..Better off waiting until Rideo time for carnival food-High priced, poor customer service and you have to order your own food on a tablet and then youre asks if you want to tip at the end...haha...what a joke.

For probably the 5th time ive gone through this drive thru and they have gotten my order wrong again. Its ridiculous because I know they always mess it up so I go out of my way to overexplain exactly what im ordering. And they are still so incompetent that they get it wrong again. This is the last time im gunna bother with this place. I kept coming back because its a place where theoretically I should be able to get good real beef and cheese on a burger. But this location doesnt seem to be able to make a simple sandwich or follow the simplest of instructions

Picked up food from here and it was really good, fast service, read the reviews and was kinda confused considering we had a great experience... Only thing I had to say was the straws need to be bigger for the chunks in the shakes and a bit less sauce on the French onion burger (the texture became soggy and I threw a third away because of it)
