Cash was amazing! It was our first time and they were so helpful and friendly and helped us place our order food was delicious and came out quickly and Cash was always sure to check on us to make sure we were okay 10/10 for sure

For probably the 5th time ive gone through this drive thru and they have gotten my order wrong again. Its ridiculous because I know they always mess it up so I go out of my way to overexplain exactly what im ordering. And they are still so incompetent that they get it wrong again. This is the last time im gunna bother with this place. I kept coming back because its a place where theoretically I should be able to get good real beef and cheese on a burger. But this location doesnt seem to be able to make a simple sandwich or follow the simplest of instructions

Picked up food from here and it was really good, fast service, read the reviews and was kinda confused considering we had a great experience... Only thing I had to say was the straws need to be bigger for the chunks in the shakes and a bit less sauce on the French onion burger (the texture became soggy and I threw a third away because of it)

Been wanting to try this place so I placed a mobile order. I got over the $24 price tag for a burger onion rings and a milkshake. What I can’t get over is waiting at the counter foreverrrrrrrrr to get acknowledged when there is only two other customers in the restaurant . The people behind me in line eventually turned around and used the kiosk since clearly no one was going to come over to help us. An employee finally comes over and puts my food on the counter but still doesn’t speak to me?? So confusing.
Come here if you want to buy an overpriced crappy burger and wait an hour to get it.

Second time I have had to wait a really long time for a shake order. It wasn’t super busy or anything else. All I ordered was a shake. Everyone was getting their food served promptly and I wondered what was taking so long for my shake. Finally, I went to the counter, saw that my shake was sitting in the back with the top off and melting. I had to point the shake out to the girl at the counter. They then put the lid back on it, wiped off the condensation and served me my shake and said sorry for the wait And that was that. Took a sip of the shake and it was soft and gross. Tasted like garbage. Won’t be going back.
UPDATE **
Gave this place another shot and once again the shake was gross and got to me long after I finished my food. I don’t know why this place has such a hard time getting shakes right or getting them to you while you’re still eating your food.
