Snooze, an A.M. Eatery

No waiting area. Even if there's empty chairs outside they literally tell you to get up from the chairs and wait standing because "just in case anyone wants to sit outside on a rainy day". If they're not going to let anybody use the chairs the least they can do is add a waiting bench.

For a place called Snooze, it was very loud and high energy. The food was good, but the server was a little inattentive.

Went there today Sunday and the restaurant was quite busy this was my second time back I had such a wonderful experience on my first visit not so quite wonderful on my second visit. Everything was great until I decide to leave the payment on the table since I noticed my server was busy taking someone order as I get up to leave my server came after me and said excuse ma’am I have not settled your check yet and I told him I left the payment on the table felt kinda embarrassed because the restaurant was full of people that my server did that. He should’ve check the table first before coming at me like I didn’t pay my check. Reported to the manager on duty. Most places you can leave the payment on the table if server is not available. 😞

Apparently no one in the kitchen knows what crispy bacon means and I'm a dickhead for asking. Have to ask for water every time. Never going back. I'd give zero stars if possible.

This place is a bit small, and you might have to wait a bit outside for a table, but the food and service was good! I had the corned beef hash with sourdough toasted bread. Was it absolutely out of this world for the price? No. But it was tasty and the portion was plentiful as you can see. The strawberry lavender lemonade was absolutely delicious! I’ll probably try eggs Benedict next time. My friend really enjoyed that dish.

No Syrup with pancakes? Spend $37 for blueberry pancakes, bacon, and a fruit cup to be delivered by doordash. No syrup and brown discolored strawberries in the bottom of the cup.

We eat here regularly enough to have experienced the good, the better and the bad. I'm still impressed! We have had an uncomfortable experience with a waitress once but we just avoided her tables since then. The food is great and not your average breakfast or boring options.
Now let's get to my favorite thing about this restaurant: the waiters! Despite having that ONE run-in with a very rude waitress, everyone else has been wonderful! Their always SO sweet, patient, and accommodating. They add to the positive energy there. Feom the hostess to the bartenders, everyone is professional and kind. A+ you guys ans great work. Your kindness and patience is appreciated!
