Ordered an Oreo Cheesecake Master Shake. It was warm, liquidity, and missing the caramel drizzle that I had paid extra for. The server was not friendly and acted as if I was bothering them. Very disappointing experience. Overall, it felt like very little care went into such a small, simple order. I will not be back.

I waited 45 minutes for my order and it was the wrong bag. The poor lady that kept going back and forth to make sure i got my order because the lady Yenni (shes a short on the plus size mexican) at 310 West Bay Area Blvd doesnt know how to do her job. All i wanted was a supersonic breakfast burrito and i got a chili cheese wrap? She was so rude. Couldnt understand her and when I kept asking she gave me attitude. Didnt give me no sauce and charged me 50 cents for 2 sauces. There was another person there named K she was an amazing help. She made sure i was taken cared of kept apologizing about the other lady and treated me like an actual human.

went and the two girls there were working so hard. they expressed how they were sorry our order took so long as they were the only ones working. during happy hour??? that’s insane!! do better manager!!! i went at 2:02 and the drive thru line was already around the building with the stalls full. no wonder the reviews are so bad here, i’m sure all of the workers are as nice as K & the other girl was (didn’t catch her name) but with these conditions how could any worker give excellent service to every single customer? they made my strawberry limeade the best i’ve ever had it, as a matter of fact. whoever makes the schedule at this location if you’re reading this, give those girls a gift card to get their nails done or something for this situation you put them in. and corporate if you’re reading this, maybe look at this location’s owner and what they have going on. i wish i could have gone back there and helped them make orders myself.
