Hate having to put just 1 star star. Terrible service and always have to ask for change back. Someone's definitely stuffing their pockets. The purpose of fast food is for organization. The only convenience is leaving.

You e taken out half the stalls to order from and now no one is answering so that I can order. This used to be one of the best locations in the clear lake/ Webster area. Now it trash just like the rest of them!! I think these franchise owners need to be set straight and be made to uphold quality standards! It seems to me corporate doesn’t care. I’ve been in this stall for 15 minutes waiting to order, then 30 seconds later they’re bringing me the wrong order.. never coming here again.

Ridiculous paying for extras that aren’t even in your drink or food when you get home. Sauces never in the bag. Drinks either completely full of ice or no ice at all. Inconsistent as can be. And then the generic responses to bad reviews is SAD.

Just Terrible food. I don't know what happened to them. They use to be good. I ordered a cheese burger and it was COLD and not to order. At least the tots were hot and fresh. This was the 3rd and LAST time to go here and get disappointed!
Ordered an Oreo Cheesecake Master Shake. It was warm, liquidity, and missing the caramel drizzle that I had paid extra for. The server was not friendly and acted as if I was bothering them. Very disappointing experience. Overall, it felt like very little care went into such a small, simple order. I will not be back.

It was horrible order a footling chili cheese . What I got was a plain chili cheese. Went back Rather than make a new one . A manager took my dog back to the kitchen and chili and cheese and sent me on my way
