Some dude showed up at 11 pm to enter the store for under a minute. He dead stared the car next to me with 2 girls in it the entire time.My food wasn't made for 15 minutes, everything was made wrong, I didn't get my popcorn chicken on the first trip or without asking where it was, and I'm pretty sure the dude was dropping off drugs. This place sucks.

I was on my way out of town and needed a slushie. What does light syrup mean to you. To me, it means not too much, not a ton of extra syrup! But it was a good PokemonGo stop.

Everytime I go to this sonic it’s always something wrong with the order or they do not have something this time it’s something simple asked for and paid for Texas toast yet got the regular bread. Sonic get it together it’s not hard to read an order from the screen.

Ordered a 3pc chicken basket. They charged me 5.29 for just the chicken and gravy, they forgot my toast, 2.99 for the fries which were half way full. The chicken as you can see was nasty and the gravy looks like milk.. worst food ever ?

The service is always terrible at this Sonic. It consistently takes FOREVER to receive your order. Most of the ordering screens do not work so you spend a lot of time trying to find a place to order. They often have only one employee working so the poor person has to do everything and they just cannot keep up. Today they served us drinks that were poured into Sonic cups from soda cans that were already open (I only know this because we watched it happen) and both drinks were extremely flat.

Waited in the drive through FOREVER for a chicken tenders kids meal. They gave it to me undrained, no napkins or condiments. Wish I'd read previous comments

Update: Today was the last straw for this Sonic. I only wanted a peach slushy as it was 110° according to my car. I was greeted after a few minutes and promptly told to hold on. I waited patiently while listening to the background noise. He came back, and I placed my order. He didn't talk loud enough to hear over the traffic noise. So he had to ask me more than once if that was all. I tried to tell him just the peach slushy, and he cut me off and gave me the total, which I again couldn't hear, and the screen wasn't working. He honestly sounded like I was inconveniencing him by being there. He was speaking so sharply. I just gave up and drove off, no slushy. I can't stand rude service and didn't trust him with my credit card after the way I was spoken to. The manager could tell that I was frustrated as I drove off. Now, she'll know why. People have to start training their staff on customer service.The food was ok. The burger was completely cold, and the patty tasted like it was cooked 6 hours ago. After having to wait for 30 minutes for food, I expected something hot after 15 hours of work.
