Legitimately not even one item on my order was correct. There is no phone number to call and no way for me to put in a complaint about my order except this. Asked for no cheese as im allergic to dairy and bit into the wrap to find old dry cold chicken and cheese.

I ordered food and an ice cream thru Door Dash on Saturday 10-18-25. Almost every time I do, they forget my ice cream. This has happened several times. And when I do actually get the ice cream, there are no ingredients at the bottom of the cup. Just plain ice cream. I'm really tired of spending money at this Sonic and not getting what I paid for. I'll be ordering my food from another restaurant in the future.
I couldn’t even get a chance to take my order because I sat at the speaker for a good while before anybody said anything, which they never did. So I drove off. A waste of time if you ask me.

Brandi took me my order and she was fenomenal. Her vibe, energy, and charisma were all on point and I hope to see her again next time…the night crew was a blessing to have had served me.

Last review a 3 now a huge change to a 1. The girl in the drive through was a very rude and hateful girl. That's being nice to say compared to what I want to say.
First she snapped at me during the order, made me repeat 3 times , 2nd charged me well above what a meal of the #6 should cost and 3rd practically threw the card back at me and never once said thank you or gave me napkins. Didn't ask me size of meal or nothing. She hates her job you can tell, kids today don't need to work with attitudes like this one had. Better off at home, lazy like most are now a days. I won't go back again to this one
And answer me this. Why if I order a number 6 for a price to menu of certain amount, then get receipt and I've paid for 1 combo with a higer dollar value than the number 6, right below the combo word is BAC stack which is what I ordered but I paid for one higher than I should. That's called stealing money isn't it?!
Add this up over a days work with 1 employee and sonic could make a good dishonest day of tips or the sonic employee could more so. So who's accountable for this, sonic or employee?
Reason I say this, I see many other comments, this being done to. So looks like someone is going to need to explain this one. No wonder they don't want to give receipts anymore! Shame on you for allowing this. A theft is a theft regardless to amount. She needs to be fired! And I'm going to take this up with higher management now.

My drink smells like the perfume the drive thru girl was wearing. Tell her to dial back just a bit.
Takes 30 min to get a corndog in the drive thru. With the bad reviews I’m surprised this place is still open
