Over 20 minutes so far for a cup of black coffee, I’m not sure why my husband is still waiting in there. He said it’s extremely disorganized and does not recommend this location.

This location is awesome! Staff are so friendly. We lost a pair of ear buds and two days later, David and the rest of the staff helped us find them. It's a small thing but meant a lot! Thank you!

Zero stars for this place one of the employees PUT HIS HANDS INSIDE OF THE COLD BREW bucket WITHOUT NO GLOVES as he was preparing cold brew for the customers. Super disgusting never drinking cold brew again after seeing how they prepare it with no gloves.After I made a comment to the employee I was told that “all employees wash their hands every 30 minutes.” But the point is not how often they are washing their hands, the fact that the employee literally “WASHED HIS HANDS IN COLD BREW”. IT WAS DISGUSTING!!! NEVER DRINK COLD BREW AT THIS LOCATION!!!!

Don’t come here if you want a blonde latte in the evening. They turned off the blonde espresso machine 2 hours and 15 minutes before closing. I ordered at 642pm, the staff member told me explicitly it was turned off for closing so I asked what time they closed and the same staff member told me they close at 9pm.
