Allegedly the nitro machine has been broken for four weeks. Sweet cream is never sweet, drinks don’t have the general consistency you expect from a Starbucks. Obviously this place lacks quality management. Go to another Starbucks down the road.

This is my regular go to Starbucks I’ve been here hundreds of times since it has opened. It has a nice atmosphere a mix of comfortable indoor seating and along with benches and chair seating outside.
Bathrooms - have a code lock on them, are always clean and have a changing table.
Parking - in front of the shop is sometimes tight but theirs are lots of additional spots on both side in the larger Target parking lot.
Staff - is friendly I am always greeted when I enter, they smile and always keep a positive altitude.

I’ve gotten the same drinks for months at a different location and have made it myself being a former barista. Moved to Bay Area started going to this one and twice now they’ve given me something that must’ve spoiled in my drink. makes me nauseous after one sip forgot why I stopped going here tried it again today and noticed chunks and flecks of stuff after already taking a sip, stomach has turned once again :-( couldn’t get a replacement drink or refund since I was on my way to work very sad considering the price.

The person at the register didn't get a name i believe to be the m.o.d. treated me as though i didn't belong there. Almost like the shop keeper treated Selena when shopping for her dress. So in that moment how selena felt is how i do. Ijs I wanted something simple to fit my need and the mod wanted to make it more than that. I told her i ordered it before and never had a problem and she said other stores didn't do it correctly. And wanted to make it for more than it was worth.

I ordered a venti PSL which is roughly a $7 drink, and they gave it to me less than 2/3 full. I circled back through the drive through to show the person at the window, and they made a condescending remark about how I drank it causing it to not be full. I go to this location quite a bit and it seems as though the service is getting worse.

Of all the Starbucks locations in the Friendswood/Webster/League City area I have been to, this one has the best customer service. It's the main reason I return here. The barista Dani is so attentive. She was very patient and helpful with me when I was trying to figure out how the points thing worked on my app. She is also very respectful not just to me but to all the other customers even when there is a lot of traffic. It's people like Dani that keep people coming back because they create a comfortable atmosphere for people to spent time in.

Love that you need a passcode to get into the restrooms. I need this at my job! Awesome coffee. Awesome chocolate croissant. Nice table setups with electric outlets nearby most. My first standalone Starbucks visit in quite a while so it's nice.
