Of all the Starbucks locations in the Friendswood/Webster/League City area I have been to, this one has the best customer service. It's the main reason I return here. The barista Dani is so attentive. She was very patient and helpful with me when I was trying to figure out how the points thing worked on my app. She is also very respectful not just to me but to all the other customers even when there is a lot of traffic. It's people like Dani that keep people coming back...
Love that you need a passcode to get into the restrooms. I need this at my job! Awesome coffee. Awesome chocolate croissant. Nice table setups with electric outlets nearby most. My first standalone Starbucks visit in quite a while so it's nice.
Today was red cup day and I had the best experience with this location! I understand red cup day can be hectic for baristas, so my husband and I both went through the drive through together in one vehicle. We asked for a latte and the baristas were able to make our lattes iced because it’s still warm outside in our area. The barista at the drive through was friendly and gave us each a red cup. I wanted to say thank you and we will be back for regular coffees, food, and cups.
