I came in today to pick up a mobile order and I was immediately uncomfortable. The vibe was off due to one of the girls behind the counter her name was Kiara. She didn't greet me and stared at me like I wasn't supposed to be there and didn't ask me if I needed help, nothing. I get when people have bad days but this has happened multiple times with her specifically and I finally feel like I need to say something. You never know what people are going through... and it's not fair to the paying customers. I am really tired of going into a Starbucks and getting asked if I bought something to be able use the restroom. I literally spend money everyday at starbucks and I am appalled. If I need to go to the restroom first, I should be able to without a problem..... This needs to be fixed.

I am so disappointed in this place. My wife frequently visits this location. They know her so well, they know what to prepare when her car pulls up. Now they've raised the price of her coffee. BUT EVEN WORSE..... Our daughter in law was waiting to go to an interview with the district manager for a position and they had her waiting for over a month and then the day before her interview, pull out of the hiring process. Considering how much money this location makes from my family, this was a very poor business decision as I will be requesting that my wife choose another location to get her daily coffee. I estimate that between my wife and my daughter in laws daily visits, we probably spend close to if not more that 500 a month at the el dorado store. Thank you to the management for saving me quite a bit of money.

This has always been one of my favorite Starbucks, especially around 2017 when a lovely person named Deb used to be greet me at the window every time.
I still visit this location when I’m in the Clear Lake area and was delighted to get a beautiful message on my chai latte. Small gestures really go the extra mile with me, and I held onto this kind note all day. Thank you for always putting a smile on my face!

This Starbucks was horrible. I am a current doordasher and they completely ignored and disregarded me for about 10 minutes while my customers order was sitting on the counter next to the drive through window. The only way to get their attention was to full on bother them mid way through another persons order. My customers order was late, and drink was also heavily watered down. 1/5 stars and they in all honesty don’t even deserve a 1. DONT GO HERE! I have also seen other 1 star reviews of this location and heavily agree, if I could put a negative rating, I definitely would!!! Never once have I had a problem with Starbucks pick up’s or even personal experiences. I have always avoided this location when getting my own drinks, but I had to for an order. This location has been such an awful experience.
I come here early morning right at 5am before work. When I need my pick me up, or just to treat the family. The service is always fast, very courteous, and my order has never been wrong. I couldn't ask for a better Starbucks.
