Super nice store! Lots of space. Very clean. Good sized patio. The staff really seemed on their game and got our drinks fast. They were also super friendly and made us feel welcome—especially the sweet barista with the black apron. Drinks were perfect. The thoughtful notes on our cups really made our day. Reminded me of the old Starbucks 15+ years ago when baristas used to really take time to connect. ❤️

Great service, really friendly staff that always bring a hospitable attitude to my visits. Service is quick and prompt but the only issue is consistency with my drink. I order the same thing all the time and sometimes it seems like its made differently each time. Its always good but the difference is there. Otherwise, all in all, very good place to go before work.

Great service! Staff checked on me multiple times and were attentive. The guy remembered my name the whole time; I have to get his next time! I got the sugar cookie latte. It was great. The lighting was perfect, warm and not overly bright. Relaxing. I tried the cinnamon pull apart and it was good. Great prices at always, and I appreciate being able to get decaf espresso.

Lady with the colored hair got mad because I pressed no tip, how are you going to act like a baby and throw a fit because i pressed no tip, shoving the tap pay at me and throwing stuff inside lol, anyway not worth the drinks or the vibe when she’s there

I visited the starbucks facility at 225 el dorado boulevard webster texas zip code 77598. I am a loyal starbucks customer, this particular facility was exceptional when I entered the building. All the representatives said welcome to Starbucks in unison. All of them were smiling. Looked happy friendly. I truly felt welcomed. I've never been greeted that way before by a business. I was so impressed. You know, when some employees are unhappy with their job. It shows, but there are some employees that are happy with their job and those employees at that facility appear to be very happy with their job and It shows. Their hospitality customer service personality persona were off the charts. Starbucks management please let the entire team know that they are truly appreciated. They are the best , they are my dream team. I'm telling you. The truth when I say I did not want to leave . I'm wishing everyone there the best of success. Oh, my favorite service item is my dark roast pour over. Needless to say it was perfect. Starbucks team thank you for the exceptional customer service, to me you are the best.
