I ordered a black coffee warm, it took 10 minutes to receive my order. I always order it warm, but told this time I was told that's not a thing they can do, so I was offered water to cool it off. I said a couple pieces of would be fine. When I received my coffee it was cold as if the coffee was poured over a cup of ice. Very unsatisfied with this. The girl was behind on the orders and not getting help, there was three employees standing near the door talking. I feel like they could have helped her.

Unfortunately, this location's drive thru is always super slow. Coffee and food are good, people are always nice, just really slow.

The girls who work there talk loudly, and one of them wears headphones and speaks on the phone very loudly while working, which makes it hard to concentrate. The customers' tables are also dirty

Placed my order inside first thing in the morning. It was a simple tea and to say I was the only person inside I waited awhile . Yes it was early but unfortunately they weren't the friendliest staff.

Not good. An Army of baristas and not one bothered to say to any customers walking in. BUT, they have a mouthful of laughs and giggles to say to each other… Good help is hard to find in this age group. Children.

Walked in, there were 3 females working. They never acknowledged me until I said something. They tried to skip over me and assist the next customer behind me in line. After my purchase, she asked if I wanted my receipt. I replied yes I had to ask for a bag. She handed me the bag without bagging my items and I had to tell her I was scanning g my app. Very rude...I'll never go to this location again. Sunday at 12.10 pm....rude
Good coffee, nice people working here. Big complaint is the music is too LOUD! Offensively too loud. The attention to details is missing.

Attendant did not mentioned if I was using point to scan ! Should offer as there is no scan on ticket to add points . They could care less , I was able to get managers name Victor with un polite assistant manager. He could care less as the one barista? Attending the window in a rushe . She could care less also !! My visit was on a Saturday
Vegetarian options: Staff are not friendly. Disharmony making coffee with horrible attitude specially not offering to scan your app !!!! Should be aware of all promoting tools their company is trying social media to keep up their revenue to pay to stay in business but I guess their attitudes is just a job !

Flies...
Came here to get a coffee and study. Ended up having to cover my drink and was unable to get anything done because of the insane amount of flies swarming around. Me and another customer were sitting at a table, swatting at and killing flies the entire time. Collectively, and this is not an exaggeration, we killed around 20 flies.
The coffee and service was great. The flies were unbearable.

I will never, come back to this location. There very unprofessional and get offended when I walk in to pick up my order I placed ahead of time and someone else takes my order and there for I have to wait to get my order made again. This is the second time this has happened. Worst unorganized place ever.

My wife just called me a few minutes ago and told me the most disgusting thing. She said she took a sip of her drink and felt something chewy and spit it out and it was a damn fly!!! She tried calling and so did I but the phone keeps going off the hook. We have 3 toddlers and to load them back up and make that drive in the rain to complain about it is a hassle. And I'm sure nothing would be done but an I'm sorry and here's a free drink to shut you up. I hope a supervisor reads this and also other customers. This is disgusting

I have completely stopped going to Starbucks, especially this location, due to someone named Lexie. As some of the other reviews mention, she is rude, passive aggressive, and has very bad energy. I would advise management to do something about this, and I would also advise other customers to stop going to Starbucks for this and many other reasons.
