The workers were just talking and really didn’t want to take my order and when I ordered they got my order wrong and they didn’t let me keep the drink they gave it to the people that ordered after me and I didn’t like how I had to pay for the wrong drink y’all need to fix y’all people

It doesn't make any scense for ubereats drivers to be waiting OVER 10 minutes for a small order when their is literally 3 or more workers just STANDING AROUND instead of getting things moving..it's unfortunate for customers to have to wait long and drivers even longer! Less laughing and more working needs to be done at THIS location???♀️

Worst Starbucks ever. So slow and the line takes forever to get to you. Only 1-2 workers at a time.Didn't get cold foam on my drink but at that point it didn't matter. Black guy cut in front of me and the barista took his order instead of mine. Must be a social experiment for black history month

I love coming to this Starbucks, I'm a regular Target customer. The line is always long but they get through it so fast. The usual wait time is no longer than 3 minutes only when there is a line other than that, as soon as I walk in they take my order right away.

I love coming to this Starbucks. They are very fast paced and will make the drinks exactly like you ask them. They have good patience; mind you my drink order is quite long and I ask for it a certain way with zero complaints.

I have been going for months trying to give the benefit of the doubt but my coffee is never mixed enough or even good tasting. I will be going to a different they just never get it right. A mocha Frappuccino is what I always order. I tried different things but even then it’s the same thing.
Coffee. Wifi,, restroom,, not a fan of the music so I sat outside.

It’s Starbucks, and it has the fru-fru drinks you are looking for. This specific location is 50/50 for getting the drink back to me the way I ordered, however, I have just come to terms that this is more of a specialty drink place and not so much a coffee experience place. They are very hard working here, and are very willing to fix any possible mistakes but I will often not have time to address the mishap and will just roll with it. Four out of five stars only because this location gets the order mixed up at times but overall very good place.
