Visits Jan 17 and 24, 2025: My daughter and I ate here during Dr appts. On different days we had the caramel frappe, vanilla bean frappe, vanilla latte, choc chip cookie, and lemon-iced poundcake. The food and drinks were yummy, but I was very disappointed they don't have blueberry scones or even blueberry muffins. The service was quick and friendly. There is a small bench and two small tables to wait for orders/eat. The space in the hospital is wide-open and very handicap accessible.

Rude lady told people to leave and that they couldn't make drinks because of a fire alarm, but then proceeded to make drinks and food for themselves in the back while kicking people out of the line and telling them to go away
I was refused a clean cup after the barrister bumped and spilled my venti carmel macchiato. Customer service responded promptly to my inquiry and made everything right again. Thank you!!!
