The girl with the braids in her hair has a very nasty attitude and the subs are too pricey for her to fix your subs any kind of way...she knows setting the oven on 30 seconds would burn your food. If she doesn't like her job she should apply elsewhere. And that's how she mess herself up of not getting tips.

Do you know the manager from this subway? We’ll let me tell you a little story about her. You see that first picture it’s the day of her daughter’s wedding and the ones that follow is her having an affair with this same guy. She cheated on her 15 year marriage and on her oldest daughter… how sick is that and you want to know what she said when confronted? That she wasn’t sorry in the slightest as she was in loved with him. Also when she was kicked out she didn’t even think it twice to go lo I’ve with him to live their love happily.I don’t know about you all but a mother betraying a daughter over a man is just not right in any of my books. You make our your own conclusions.

Usually great sandwiches and courteous employees! Recent visit near closing employee mashed bread, I guess I should have just ordered flat bread! LOL! She didn't have scoop for tuna & just guestimated amount of tuna, sandwich was very shy on tuna! It was 9:30 but I think they were cleaning up and didn't want any visitors. Too bad this place is usually great! I guess we all have bad nights?

I'm not sure if these people just deal with rude people all day and it rubs off or they just hate their jobs...Attitudes and lack of Enthusiasm is very present...I'll take the time to take my business elsewhere simply put..Doordash or uber eats will bring your food all the way to the room FYI

Horrible customer service with the one girl on the day shift 08-11-19! We were at the hospital visiting a critical family member. We decided to go to subway for a quick stop. My son (not even 2 years) wanted Cheetos. Well he spilt the entire bag since his motor skills are not all there, on the floor. We apologized and requested if the girl behind the register would be okay with replacing it since he did not eat a single chip. She grunted rudely and stated “no you need to buy oneâ€. First, if your behind as a sub rep, learn to differentiate between accidents and if my son actually ate the bag of chips. Food and items get trashed daily at Subway, it's a 50 cent bag of chips.. where's the customer service? Disappointed in her training.
