This subway has horrible customer service. I called to see if they could do a variety pack of cookies for me since it didn’t give me the option online and the guy (didn’t get his name) kept telling me he couldn’t help me and that I had to do it online. When I informed him that I couldn’t do it online he said “well that isn’t my problem I don’t order online so I can’t help you” when I asked for a manager he said that they didn’t have one. I was extremely disappointed because I work at a restaurant and know for a fact that it isn’t difficult at all nor do you need a manager to have something changed on your order. Will NOT be ordering here ever again. If I could give zero stars I would.

I ordered through Grub Hub.
But this was my 3rd order and the food just gets worse and worse. This time the bread was chewy and gummy. And there was so much mayonnaise it made the sandwich soggy and very messy. This will be my last order.

Staff here is friendly, and for the many years I've been here, probably one of the better places around when it comes to service. I come here very often for lunch at least once to twice a week, and my sandwiches are always made well with no mistakes, and ingredients always taste great! I just always keep an eye out of the lettuce and tomatoes as those do tend to go bad quicker.

I don’t think food can go bad this fast, my husband got me tuna and he really doesn’t pay attention to details. But this doesn’t look good at all, called and “ manager sharice” said there’s nothing she can do, I ask if it can get remade but denied. Awful customer service and had a nasty attitude quit if you can’t handle or do your job as a customer service employee

The food is good but the workers just looked miserable plus they were rude. They wouldn’t let me use my gift card or see if there was any money on it and they were using dirty knives to cut the sandwiches. Cross contamination shame on subway.

The door on the establishment says closes at 10pm. I get there at 9:15pm and it's closed. Update the door signage and I'll update my review, until then it's a 1 star for wasting my time and gas
