I'm one of the customers of this restaurant for 5 years. Today is the worst experience because the employees mistreated me and talked to each other in Spanish on the basis that I didn't understand and I ordered soft bread, but they burned the bread and told him that I don't want it burned. He didn't care that they are very bad. I don't advise anyone to come to this site.

Only one worker, a long line and a catering order I had to pick up. To much labor on one person. Great customer service but very unfair for the pay she gets!

The whole reason is the food... HOW do you manage to NOT toast a sandwich clearly labeled on the order? HOW do you manage to NOT add the 50% more meat AND charge anyway? HOW do you manage to NOT include 2x cheese, didn't even have cheese on it? I asked before I accepted it if the sandwich was toasted, CLEARLY written on the receipt. She looks at it then proceeds to pressure me to take it anyway. I had to finish the sandwich when I got home. That's my fault. Long time before I come back here again. If you can't make a sandwich, why are you bothering to be working? I was there on 5/24/25 between 4pm and 4:15pm if management bothers to check the video. They can watch the tape and see this was a massive failure.

Horrible experience. Ordered here because the other subway keeps making mistakes on my order. Ordered 2 footlongs with double meat online for lunch. Picked up my order went back to the office and both footlongs didn't have double meat. Didn't have time to go back. Tried calling with no answer. Went back after work and they wouldn't do anything about it. They couldn't understand me and what they said made no sense. Tried so send issue into customer care and nothing. $6+tax gone and will never see again. Don't order online unless you plan on checking your order before you leave and are willing to spend the time to make them correct the order. I can't trust subway with online orders.

This subway has horrible customer service. I called to see if they could do a variety pack of cookies for me since it didn’t give me the option online and the guy (didn’t get his name) kept telling me he couldn’t help me and that I had to do it online. When I informed him that I couldn’t do it online he said “well that isn’t my problem I don’t order online so I can’t help you” when I asked for a manager he said that they didn’t have one. I was extremely disappointed because I work at a restaurant and know for a fact that it isn’t difficult at all nor do you need a manager to have something changed on your order. Will NOT be ordering here ever again. If I could give zero stars I would.

But this was my 3rd order and the food just gets worse and worse. This time the bread was chewy and gummy. And there was so much mayonnaise it made the sandwich soggy and very messy. This will be my last order.

Staff here is friendly, and for the many years I've been here, probably one of the better places around when it comes to service. I come here very often for lunch at least once to twice a week, and my sandwiches are always made well with no mistakes, and ingredients always taste great! I just always keep an eye out of the lettuce and tomatoes as those do tend to go bad quicker.

I don’t think food can go bad this fast, my husband got me tuna and he really doesn’t pay attention to details. But this doesn’t look good at all, called and “ manager sharice” said there’s nothing she can do, I ask if it can get remade but denied. Awful customer service and had a nasty attitude quit if you can’t handle or do your job as a customer service employee
