I had the worse experience a while ago with the rude lady that gave me such a hard time just because I ask her for a ranch that I had requested in my mobile order . She had a nasty attitude.. didn't have any more unsweetened tea and didn't even offer something else , I had to buy a bottle of sprite . How shameful of her to treat customers like that , I just wanted dinner and go home after a long day . They sure need customers service classes or something . My order was just there no chips , no ranch , ask to be cut in 3 and nothing either . The worse part is their attitude

There so dirty . I just showed up bc I love there cookies specifically double chocolate chip but they seem to not realize there were Nats in that cookie glass case . Even had to tell them in spanish . nice ladies but pay attention to your equipment .

Avoid. Rude staff. Not even a hello. There was one person behind me and I was rushed. I asked for a churro 3 times and was not acknowledged so I had no clue if they were out or if she (no name on receipt or visible on uniform) would prep that after. She had me me pay first without saying anything other the total then walked off. Leaving me standing there wondering whats was next. Checked the receipt and she indeed charged me so I stood to the side hoping she left to actually make it. She did and once she was done she handed it to me without saying anything. Left confused and disappointed that I was the only one saying thank you or being polite. Definitely not coming back to this location and definitely telling my friends to go elsewhere.

I ordered two subs to go and asked for them both to be toasted and they weren’t. I tried to be nice and just asked them to remake and toast just one of them and so the manager took my sub and just threw it in the toaster and gave it back to me. Now I have a hot lettuce sub that’s all soggy what a waste. 5/11/2024 7:00pm I forgot the managers name that did it
I have issues with this store frequently when i order on Doordash. normally it is only them toasting a sandwich that I don't want toasted but today I ordered and paid for a 12" sub and got a 6" sub.
