How the heck do you run a business that everyone behind the counter speaks only Spanish!!!!??? Why did it take me almost 15 minutes to order and make mine??? I had to literally go topping by topping to get my sandwich right. It’s ridiculous and the 3rd worst experience I’ve had at a subway.

The sandwiches here are disgusting! Don't eat there! Veggies stay out with warm climate! I wonder if their inspections even pass?

If I could give this place negative stars I would. The customer service is absolutely horrible. The employees are rude & when you have an issue, they call the manager who speaks to you in a completely nasty manner. And they say things to each other in Spanish not knowing if you understand them, which I somewhat can. I guarantee if the manager was onsite, they would not do this....for obvious reasons. And I have experienced this at two different subways in this area. The treatment is absolutely ridiculous. Do not go here unless you want to be treated poorly. And I am going to look into the rules on having offsite managers because there should always be one onsite to handle issues & keep the establishment working as it should.

Ambiance. As I walked into this Subway location it became very clear that there was no air conditioning. There was no way I could stay and eat my sandwich inside. I felt so very sorry for the 2 young ladies who were taking my orders. I asked them how they were feeling because it was obvious they were not comfortable. I asked one of them if they were okay. The lack of circulation of air and then the heat of the bread ovens is not an acceptable working environment. I even asked if they had any fans available for them and for any customers that might have wanted to stay to eat there (although a customer can leave as they wish). In the short amount of time, I was there to get my sandwiches I could not breathe well, and I walked out sweating. I am trying to call today to let a supervisor aware my experience at this particular location but no answer. I hope that I can reach someone to let them know that the working conditions are not safe for the employees nor the customers. IT WAS HOT in there!!

The music is far too loud. It hurts my ears and I’m already hard of hearing. I can’t hear the workers nor any phone call I have there.
