the lady’s working at this location are extremely rude ! they also don’t know how to make half the sandwiches on their menu.. seems like some training needs to be done.. reading the reviews and realizing we’re not the only ones who have had an awful experience i don’t understand how this location is still open.

I had my phone set up for another location, but it was somehow connected here. It took my money in my but I am not going there to pick up one subway they don’t pick up the phone for nothing. What kind of service is this?
Contracted food poisoning from a chicken teriyaki sub here 12/09/25
Went in bought 2 footlongs from the menu said we want everything that comes on it on it, ladies were incoherent and kept asking if we want something else. Not to mention footlongs were also not cooked right as the toaster was down and they microwaved it. Subkrunch was stale aswell.

the mexican lady who was working October 26 , very rude to me. continued to have conversations with another man while im asking her to make my order. she had me wait 10-15 mins for her to make other orders ! so not right dont think ill be back to this location
Tried this location again after not coming for a few years and I can honestly say I'm happy I did ! The customer service was amazing and the store was really clean and well stocked ! Maria was literally doing so well on the line that I had to order a footlong and I only came for the cookies lol ! Maria and Kevin continued to change their gloves as to practice cleanliness while preparing the food, etc. ! They were nothing short of amazing to everyone whom I witnessed enter while there ! Great job, keep up the great hospitality 😊

Nice atmosphere, clean, and employees are helpful. The beautiful and sweet Jessica and Maria were cleaning away and stocking while able to help. I have uploaded a couple pictures of food and environment. I don’t speak for all the experiences here, but mine was great. I forgot to get the happy Gilmore cup….next time!

How the heck do you run a business that everyone behind the counter speaks only Spanish!!!!??? Why did it take me almost 15 minutes to order and make mine??? I had to literally go topping by topping to get my sandwich right. It’s ridiculous and the 3rd worst experience I’ve had at a subway.

If I could give this place negative stars I would. The customer service is absolutely horrible. The employees are rude & when you have an issue, they call the manager who speaks to you in a completely nasty manner. And they say things to each other in Spanish not knowing if you understand them, which I somewhat can. I guarantee if the manager was onsite, they would not do this....for obvious reasons. And I have experienced this at two different subways in this area. The treatment is absolutely ridiculous. Do not go here unless you want to be treated poorly. And I am going to look into the rules on having offsite managers because there should always be one onsite to handle issues & keep the establishment working as it should.
