Went to counter to order meal but was informed that orders are only being taken from kiosk machines. I was only person inside but 6 associates working behind counter. Dumbest thing i ever heard off . Order meal but still had to go to counter to pay for it .

Young male drive-thru cashier did apologize after he'd totally expected me to give him the coin change again, after he dropped it by turning to the window and pulling the bills out of my fingers that I was giving him for exact change. He actually said, "I don't know what you expect me to do Ma'am". I informed him that I suggest he come outside to the driveway at his availability and collect all of the many quarters, dimes, nickels and pennies that staff does have plans to collect before the COB. How many customers does he reach his hands out to expect a 2nd payment from after he is obviously the one who is causing the loss. I order 4 beef tacos and steak chilupas tacos i was thinking its gonna be great but when I see there is 2 piece of beef I was surprised to see, I paid 30 dollars for cheese lettuce and sour cream tacos with no Beef ...I am not gonna buy taco bell now, better street tacos .....

DONT apply for this Taco Bell. I been applying left and right with this job and the manager Johnny Ochoa is showing his true colors. I worked here before with no issues. And would like to join again since I have a child to support. DO NOT apply here. I quess he really don’t need the help he claims he needs.
