I love when Mordechai is at the window. He is excellent at customer service. I do drive thru often & never have an issue with his service. Great job, Mordechai. I should also mention that my profession & expertise is in customer service & it is often how I choose where I go to meet my needs, food, clothing, Dr office, nail salon, etc. If customer service is lacking, I give the location a 2nd chance. If it still needs improvement, I bring it up to the manager or owner of the establishment. I'll try again, but that's the last time, if the issue(s) are not resolved enough.
So you see, it means a lot when I say Mordechai's skills are on track.
I go to Taco Cabana for the deliciousness (flautas) & the great service.

About 5 days ago I ordered food and arrived here at least an hour before closing. When I drove up there was no one at the intercom or windows, and the door was locked. Only after waiting for 15+ minutes and pulling out my phone to take a picture for the inevitable refund request did someone come into view to gesture to me that I wasn't getting the food I paid for. After reaching out to resolve the issue the same day the order still says complete and the money has not been refunded, on-top of that I'm guessing my birthday coupons won't be honored again.

I've been a frequent customer of Taco Cabana and usually love stopping by for my tacos and breakfast. However, my last visit was quite unpleasant due to the attitude of a new employee.

I went to pick up an online order to save time, but I found that this person was not only unfriendly but also made me feel uncomfortable with unnecessary demands. She asked me to sign a paper without a clear explanation, and when I asked why, her response was confusing and delivered with a very unpleasant attitude. Even while her coworker was verifying the order, this employee made unprofessional comments that made me feel like I was doing something wrong simply for picking up my order.

Ultimately, this interaction with this particular employee is what ruined the experience. I would like the store to ensure that its staff receives proper customer service training, because the food is good, but a bad attitude really spoils everything.

Just moved back to Houston, and have started visiting this Taco Cabana in Clear Lake. Wow! I’m finding it’s better than my neighborhood TC in Dallas. When I’ve ordered online here, my food is always ready when I arrive. People actually come out to my vehicle with my curbside order!! Hot fresh food in a hurry. What could be better?

Service counter, person not to friendly and knowledgeable of food being served. Buffet counter food spill all over counter, condiments need to tended and filled, eating area floors need to be swept,tables need to be wiped down. Trash cans full. Food is cold to the taste. Chalopa falling apart without meat in it.This is shameful restaurant. Last but not lease. Restaurant needs to hire people especially around dinner hour. The owner needs come in start training associates. Enough said.
