The cookies were good but not anything special. Walmart cookies are better. I don’t know if it’s because I did too good to go. Please separate the cookies next time. The lemon cookies made the other cookies taste

Don't live near one but had to stop since I was. They are warm, fresh, and amazing!! Staff was super nice, extremely helpful, and will continue to go here for cookies. Love it
I walked in to your store at 7:45pm(Friday) night I.Waited several minutes for someone to come up front to help me. When they finally made it to the counter I asked for two dozen cookies. 12 chocolate chip , six sugar and six oatmeal. I was told they only had one chocolate chip cookie and it would be 35 minutes before some would be ready. I walked out disappointed with the results (no cookies). I have been a fairly regular customer and this experience will make me less likely to be coming back anytime soon.

I love cupcakes! I wanted a couple of cupcakes for my birthday as a treat to myself. My friend Elliot told me there was a place up the road so I tried Tiff's Treats. I love strawberry cupcakes and she had them as well as this wedding cake cupcake. They were delicious and moist. I was mad I didn't get a half dozen. I live in Texas City but I don't mind driving those extra miles to get her cupcakes!

I went there tonight to get my chocolate chip cookie fix. To my delight I was greeted by the lovely Olivia. She was nothing less than amazing, helpful, and a true representative of customer service. She enhanced my experience by 10x.I enjoyed my Birthday cookie in store and I could almost hug her for making my Birthday COMPLETE !Hopefully when you make your way to This tiffs treats location you get to meet Olivia!

Stepped in to store at approx noon yesterday, there was Extreme loud Music flaring as I walked in.I was greeted by a Young lady name.Shanice I believe was her name .I immediately asked her a question, she rolled her eyes,turned her back to me as she answered my question regarding prices.I asked her clearly to please repeat her answer ,mind you the Music was too loud. She appeared to not want to serve me ,so I requested a Sup .at that time an older white lady was on her way to what appears was a delivery driver for The place. She wanted to argue and justify and said something about its hard to understand the customer. OF COURSE ITS GOING TO BE HARD TO UNDERSTAND THE CUSTOMERS WHEN YOU HAVE A CONCERT GOING ON WITH YOUR MUSIC INSIDE YOUR STORE. At that time I proceeded to place my order for a Oatmeal cookie,sugar cookie and a peanut, choc bar. I was asked if I wanted them heated ,I Said NO. She continued to assist me , left out my Bar and started to HEAT up my stuff. I asked her kindly to please rectify, and provide me my Bar and cookies ColdSo I found myself having to make two different purchases per her rude negligence and demeanor. Spent almost 10$ of my Hard earned money for HORRIBLE customer service.. NOT ONCE was there any Apology from either representative. I will most definitely spread the word to ALL MY FAMILY MEMBERS and friends that frequent this business. Was very upset at the way I was treated, I ended up throwing away the cookies and bar, per I was so upset. I will make sure to BLAST this experience on ALL MY SOCIAL MEDIA PLATFORMS. ..... Disgusted customer.(( none of the employees mentioned had a Name tag ))
