We're here on a dead Monday morning before new years. Parking lot is practically empty. They have dozens of bays available for playing but the employees seem to be hell bent on getting you to pay full price to play or make you wait hours. The app shows there's bays available and allows you to make reservations for half the price. But the employees say they can't charge the same price as the app. Then once the appointment is made they still make you wait 2 hours because they want to pretend there's a 2 hour wait-list when there's literally nobody waiting. Then when the appointment time comes they say you still have to wait till that "appointed bay" becomes available they can't give you just any of the open bays. Its absolutely ridiculous.

To whom it may concern (PLEAS READ) I was having a pleasant time at Topgolf Webster, location with family and friends We played for about (10am) two hours until we had 16 minutes left on our time. Our server informed us that we had almost no time left but if we wanted to keep swinging for a little extra time, she would let us. We proceeded to swing till our time was up. (Kris) " manager"came up to us and said that we had to go and that we weren't able to play for the last four minutes. He then proceeded to grab me forcefully, trying to get me out of the bay by the arm. I wasn't resisting what he was asking. We were just collecting our things. He then threatened to ban us, saying "you know I can ban you guys from here." While our server was apologizing for her mistake after telling us that would could "take our time and some".It was a very unpleasant time at the end. The service was mediocre at best and then having a grown man put hands on me as a grown man is unacceptable. I doubt any action will be taken to better service here or to teach a grown adult "Kris manager" that you can't be touching other people. So I would not recommend this location.

Tish was our host for the afternoon .. she was very helpful in getting us set up … our first time here and she made us feel welcomed. We had a glitch in the middle of the game and the manager was quick to assist us and even gave us more free playtime. Great atmosphere. Thanks Tish 🙏. We Will definitely be back soon
