I came to urban Bird chicken expecting to get extra sauce on my meal and I got none this is Unacceptable I wish I was joking but I went all the way home not checking my meal and to open it up to this the sauce is the best part

The tenders are moist with a dry rub for the Nashville hot style. The signature sauce is a very heavy mayonnaise flavor, and was switched with buffalo.

9/5/25 I’ve been a loyal Urban Chicken customer since the day they opened, usually coming in twice a week without fail. Up until recently, the food was always outstanding; crispy, juicy chicken with the perfect seasoning that kept me coming back.

However, in the last month or so, I’ve noticed some disappointing changes. The breading is not the same; it comes out soft, falls apart easily, and has a burnt aftertaste. The chicken itself doesn’t seem as juicy as before, and the Nashville seasoning, which used to be a highlight, has also changed for the worse.

I don’t understand why they would change something that was already so good. Sadly, the quality isn’t what it used to be, and I don’t see myself returning unless they bring back the original recipe.

This place never disappoints! The chicken strips are always hot, crispy, and seasoned to perfection — easily the best in town. On top of that, the service is amazing. Rose took care of my order today and David went above and beyond to make sure everything was just right. Super friendly, professional, and quick! It’s management like Rose and employees like David that make the experience even better. Can’t wait to come back!

We love Urban Bird. The Nashville hot is just the right amount of spicy for me! I always get my chicken and mac-n-cheese on the side so my fiid doesn't get saugy but it was delicious! The fries are crispy and the Mac is so cheesy!

I've tried the location in San Marcos and Georgetown, I didn't realize a location was in Webster until I searched it via Google. Low and behold, it's closer than I imagined.

This restaurant is located on the feeter road of 45S and in a pocket parking lot of Lowe's. It's a shared parking lot and Urban Bird is nestled between two establishments. The restaurant is pretty standard red and wood style with a giant rooster standing on the middle table.

Plenty of seating inside the restaurant including a couch like seat facing the counter (I'm guessing for takeout orders).

There was one person taking the orders and the same person bringing out the orders, but she was going quick so there wasn't never a line. I ordered the meatless basket with fries with bread. I asked for the seasoning and sweet tangy BBQ to be saturated.

The cashier chick was very nice, smiley, and patient when I took my order.

Of course, when I got my order, they only put the seasonings on meatless tenders. There wasn't any sauce on it at all. So of course, I didn't get what I paid for. Nonetheless, the food was still very delicious and hit the spot after a very long day.

I was given a free card to get a lemonade. The food is good so I'll be back, but next time I'm going to emphasize the importance of covering the meatless with sauce and make sure it has the spices.

I'm from the South so I love seasoned food. Note to any consumer, as I was leaving. I noticed there was a ton of broken window glass on the ground. I got very scared and concerned thinking my windows were busted (as that expense would be expensive).

Luckily, my windows were fine no damage, but I'd still be aware because the area is growing and crime is starting to creep up. Just be safe out there.

Great food and place but the customer service is awful. The cashier (not wearing name tag but a young African American lady) is rude.
