This is the first time I've been here and I have to say the the food was Really Delicious!!! They give you a lot of guacamole when you order it as a side and the tacos are much bigger than I thought. Got three of them and two is all I could handle. The frozen Kick Ass margarita is really Good, had to have two of those! I will definitely be back!😊👍😊

The food is excellent, lots of different options besides the standard Tex Mex, and the quality is good too.
The service is fine for a fast food/fast casual place, however, it isn't necessarily worth the 18% tip that the point of sale software trys to make you give if you're not paying attention - tipping culture has definitely expanded a bit too far in this case.
The atmosphere could definitely use some work as well - the music as always way too loud (it's a restaurant, not a nightclub), and last time I was there it was also way too cold as well

I love Velvet Taco!!! The tacos are always so good and full of flavor, you honestly can’t go wrong. Shoutout to Aaron, he’s the best and always makes my experience top notch. Will definitely be back!

l stopped in here with the hopes of enjoying some tacos with my girls after shopping. But it didn’t quite hit the mark. The tacos were just okay. The flavors overpowered each other, it was just too much of everything that it was hard to taste anything. Nothing stood out and it fell apart with each bite. It was a meal but that’s all it was. Some meals linger after you’re done eating. I forgot what I had by the time I stepped out the door. The service was great but unfortunately it was difficult to find a clean table to sit down at. We had to clean our table off before our food was ready to be picked up at the pickup counter. We weren’t the only ones having a hard time finding a clean table. Overall I was disappointed for my first experience.

My first visit to this location. Enjoyed the my tacos: Fresh, flavors blended well and flat out tasty. I was really impressed with the service provided by Dallas and Anthony. They greeted us with a smile, were respectful and pleasant. Dallas was in constant motion: taking orders, cleaning tables and checking on us. I noticed Anthony was friendly to each customer he served and he was also taking care of other tasks, not just standing around. I appreciated their work ethic. The manager, Aaron, was also respectful and polite. I appreciate these qualities in an establishment as much as I appreciate delicious food. Made for a nice Friday night dinner. Thank you gentleman!
