This was my 4th time going to eat at Vida Mariscos. We went 10/24 for an early dinner not knowing it was there 1 years anniversary. This was our 5th time visiting. Food, service, and ambiance were excellent as always. They had a raffle for a Framber Valdez autograph Astros Jersey that I miraculously won. The Jalisco people were great with the presentation of the autograph jersey. The restaurant manager was extremely pleasant as well. Will continue to be my favorite seafood restaurant.

STOP playing LOUD music! Customers want to enjoy their dinner without having a screaming match. We don't want to hear an extremely loud Mexican band or DJ. It's ridiculous! Save the band for a wedding or a nightclub.

Honestly I can’t give a review on the food because my party was never seen until we had to go and ask someone to help us. Absolutely ridiculous. I think it was because I’m a black man dating a Hispanic woman. Racism is still alive for no reason. Waitresses standing around doing nothing looking at me look at them and not help us. I asked for the manager Mr. Luis very professional and apologized for this horrible experience. Gave me a gift card and told me the next time I comeback to personally ask for him. Those waitresses need to be fired asap.

We came here around lunch time and I have to say the atmosphere was very loud the music was definitely turned up to high I felt as though as I had to yell at the person sitting across from me. Our waitress was very informative and answered any question we had, however our drinks didn’t stay full and she didn’t check on us very often. The food however also wasn’t a wow factor we ordered the Mini mixto which was 5 shrimp two small pieces of fish and fries. I’ll start with the fries they 100 % tasted like frozen right out the grocery store frozen fries the fish was gummy and over cooked I think the only thing I enjoyed off my plate were the shrimp and even then it also tasted like frozen vandekamps. I wouldn’t recommend the cocktail sauce either as it tasted like ketchup gone rancid. I think it’s safe to say we most likely won’t be back.

If you want to enjoy your meal and have a regular conversation DONT come on a Saturday night. These foos have a norteño band which is NOT everyone's taste playing stupidly loud. Cant even enjoy your meal it's so loud. To the owners, this is a restaurant NOT a CANTINA. And let me remind you, you're in Webster NOT the hood. Your clientele isn't just us latinos. Even dj music is loud. Come on man, unnecessary. The public wants to enjoy a meal, not be in a cantina. Take it into consideration.
