I love WH and placed an order to go bcuz I didn’t feel like peopling today. The whole reason I wanted WH today was for a pecan waffle. Place an order,husband picked up, gets home, no pecans in my waffle. My sausage is way over done and the eggs scorched. I try to call to which I encounter an endless loop of how no one answers the phone, it just says go online, download out App. I will be bringing my pecanless waffle in for a fresh remake, but NOT TODAY! Stay tuned!

Food is great in that since but the waiting is terrible!! There is no numbers or pad to put your name down as to the time you came in. You have to be ready to get your table because when a new person or family arrives they will get your table!!

Staff was very friendly and welcoming . Was just a little upset that i order the sausage grits bowl and it was full of onions that I didn’t ask for. I like my grits sweet not savory so I like to add sugar to it but the fresh onions was overpowering the whole bowl. I couldn’t even call to let them know no point of having a phone number if you can’t talk to anyone.
Everything was great except I was never asked if I wanted more coffee.

This has been a very trying experience today. The young lady was sure she could do the manager’s job while the manager called her name several times. Rude as all get out the young lady finally walked over to the manger to find that the manger had the solution to my request. The team here doesn’t respect management and it shows. “Fallon has demonstrated she doesn’t respect management today!” Basically she wanted me to pay more. I stop at enough Waffle House locations to know an up charge when I see one. Watch your receipts round this girl.
