Ordered 3 burgers plain in take out. Got back to my hotel room with $74 of food and found mustard on all the burgers and no forks for the salad. Not the meal we were looking for, never again.

Have eaten here a couple times and it's usually fine but last night there was some weird plastic/tape in my husband's sandwich! This is so dangerous as we also ordered food for our young toddler here as well and he easily could've choked on this.

whataburger keeps deleting my review!! Nasty whataburger ever, needs to be closed down for good, management here is a joke no one ever does there job And this whole place has mold to the roof top and you can smell it when you walk in,š¤¢š¤®drink station is nasty filled with mold and they still serve it to customers. DONT LET THE 4.0 REVIEW FOOL YOU...HEALTH DEPARTMENT NEEDS TO CLOSE THIS DOWN FOR GOOD. IM AN EX EMPLOYEE AND HAVE MANY PICTURES OF EVERYTHING THAT HAS MOLD...ICE MACHINE, DRINK STATION, PREP AREAS ALL HAVE BLACK TOXIC MOLD.

Just left this location. There was a sign posted āWe Are Closedā thatās all it said. We still saw people walking in and there was a line of customers, plus still had a line for the drive through. Being middle of lunch time, we just walked in to inquire, cashier was kind and just explained the bathroom was out of order. And lady who I assume was the manager because she was dressed differently leaning over the counter says āCanāt yāall readā we then told yes we can are you the manager. She refused to tell us and refused to give us her name! Whataburger is a staple and beloved by many, but with management at this location DO BETTER!!

We we're just in the drive through and ordered the grilled chicken salad and a number 1 combo only to get home and find NO CHICKEN in the salad. You guys have got to do better!

Just seems like Whataburger has changed...and not for the better. I got the Cobb salad with grilled chicken. It took forever to get the order out. They kept saying it was taking a long while to grill the chicken?? Maybe I'd have to eat a crazy greasy burger to appreciate the Whataburger experience.
Came by this location last night after getting off work. I was looking forward to eating a little something. But what I ate, was a bit disappointing. I had the new blaze jalapeƱo double burger. I was looking forward to trying this burger since I love spicy food but it was luke warm when I took my first bite.
I was hungry so I had a few more bites (big mistake). I stopped eating not even half way because it just wasn't that good. A couple of hours later, I threw up. Something wasn't feeling right what so ever. I wasn't feeling good.
Even my son, who had a "Justaburger" didn't like it either. He's usually a big fan of the burger, pushed it away instantly, I felt the burger and it was also luke warm. The fries was cold as well.
Service was not that slow, we were there about 10 to 15 minutes. Unfortunately, I would not be returning to this location.

Wanted to shout out my local Whataburger for going above and beyond expectations. I placed an online order where I ordered an extra chicken strip for the normal 3 piece order. When I picked up my order, I realized i didnt receive the extra chicken strip. I circled back around the drive thru and told them about my minor issue. I thought they were going to make me the one chicken strip, but they made me the entire meal over again. I didnt require or ask for the full meal, but they went out of their way to make it right for me, and I really appreciate it. I frequent this store often and they are always on their game. Thank you for my dinner this evening.

Went late at night and i was surprised at the food it was fresh and when i requested 'extra' jalapeƱos there was actually extra jalapeƱos and the bacon was a actual acceptable amount of bacon vs a chunk of one old piece found somewhere.
