“May I say that this is the first bakery that I have been to that I have been completely satisfied with all the Delicious sweets that this place makes. The Horasca cookies ? were awesome, the peanut butter cookies were delicious ?, the CAKE, OMG THE CAKE ?......was so moist and goooood. The Empanadas were warm from the back ,as they had just been made , and not to mention the Conchas were a major HIT. I WILL DEFINITELY BE BACK on my next trip to the VALLEY. Thank you ? “First the person there is amazing she's really good at perfecting your dream cake, you just tell her what you need and she will handle it, she was so kind and She fixed a cake I brought her really good but I've also gotten other cakes for my nieces and nephews and they came out spectacular, I recommend this place a lot of people, she is the one person I trust to do my cake😇😇“

“I live in Minnesota and wanted a cake delivered to my Dad and I had been denied by other places -let me tell you this business went above and beyond their normal procedures for me to get this cake delivered .they kept me informed and made my papa's birthday and he enjoyed the delivery as well because they showed kindness . “Went today 4-19-23 with my family for lunch. I’ve gone to Rene’s Restaurant in Progresso Mexico since I was practically a toddler. And I just found out on social media about this place. my family and I go to Progresso just to eat Milanesa de res @ Renes. The milanesa de res at Renés in Weslaco TASTES THE SAME! I’m so happy I found this gem! My father and brother will be coming down to the valley from work next month and we will go visit Rene’s in Weslaco! Our customer service was stupendous and the restaurant was so clean!“
