This store always have the worst service of all valley the lady on drive thru always mad . They never have the promotion products or don't want to offer never ask for your app points . Food always cold.
Went a couple weeks ago the night manager was awesome! Some of the best customer service I've seen in a while. Food was quick and delicious. Very clean smells good and again awesome customer service.
To our mind BK is better than arches, but this place is always understaffed. Regional management needs a kick in the shorts. Maintain staff, make food according to standards and this place would be great.
