My wife and I spend every January in South Texas and Milanos is a must stop for us each year! My favorite is the spaghetti and meatballs with a side of Italian sausage. My wife loves the same but without the sausage. The bread is wonderful with the olive oil dip. Over the years I have tried almost everything on the menu and all are top notch. We love the red wine too which tops off the great meal See you in January 2027!
After the kids basketball game, a friend recommended Milanos in Weslaco — and what a fantastic choice it was! Our group, there were 9 of us, were seated immediately, and the service was excellent from start to finish. I ordered the spaghetti with meatballs and marinara sauce, which was flavorful and satisfying. Milano's is another hidden gem. The wife and I are valley natives and have never been here. We thought we'd give it a shot on date night and ended up having the place all to ourselves. We stopped in on a Friday afternoon around 6:00. Walking in you can tell this restaurant has been around for quite some time but is maintained and kept at its original theme.
